Stressed out about gaining back a few pounds before my 1st fill...

So I had my surgery on 02-15-11 and my 1st fill is 03-30-11. After surgery I lost 14 lbs the fist 2 weeks, then I kind of stopped losing weight and as I started eating solid foods I gained back 4-5 lbs. I keep losing it and gaining it right back. Now I feel really bad about gaining some weight back and I feel like im going to disappoint the doctor or someone else. I don't know anyone where I live that has the band, so I really don't have anyone to talk to and get advice. I just hate having the feeling that im gonna disappoint someone. Is it normal to gain weight back like this when you start back on solid food?

Thanks~Katy

They talk about it there. Also my post square one again. It talks about other peopmes stall too. As far as i was told dont freak out!

It is normal! Don't worry! I lost 9 lbs my first week post op. Then for the next 4 weeks I kept fluctuating til my 6 week appointment, I had only lost 2 lb since my 9 day post op appointment. I felt embarrassed, but my doc did not say anything. From then on things went better
