I could not find something I liked so I use a small notebook. It is divided into 3 sections, one I use to track wieght, exercise, and measurments. Another I use for my daily food log and the third is my journal section. It is helpful for me and a lot easier to have everything in one place. Also, its portable so i can track things better than if i was using an online version.

good luck

I just use an Excel spreadsheet. I don't keep track of liquids because I get enough in, but I have been tracking what I eat, the caloric value, my exercise for the day, and my weight. It's not fancy, just enough for me to show the progress I'm making and what has been working. If you have a smart phone, there is probably an app somewhere for it. Some people use websites like Fitday, etc., but I don't know if you can customize what you want to track. Pen and paper works too.

I had my surgery at True results and they give you a little journal to keep track. Ask your doctor's office-they might provide onw too:-)

do you have a LAP-Band or Realize band? I have realize and they have a website for us that we had to put the impant number in to use all the functions. One of them is a LOG...i log my multi vitamine, Fluid, foods, exercise, weight, measurements...etc. when I go to the docs or dietian i print it out or I can give them permission to view on the web (but I dont). its great. I wonder if Lap-band has something like it as well???

I use a notebook that I bought at the .99 cent store! Yuk Yuk:rolleyes:!

I log everything I eat what time I finish eating ( so I train the brain On the 30 min. rule) exercise, Vitamins, daily weight, pounds to goal, days to fill....everything! My ticker keeps track of my weight loss, and my journaling is all done on this lovely web site!

All for now

Peace out

Kelly:wink:

I've hit a stall 9 months out. I'm not worried, though. My fitness levels continue to improve and I have nearly accomplished my pre-surgery goal of learning to scuba dive! One dive left to complete to get my PADI card 🐠
I was able to go for a 10K/6mile hike in the mountains two days ago just for the fun of it. In the before days, I might have attempted this, but it would have taken me 7 or 8 hours to complete and I would have been exhausted and in pain for the next two days. Taking my time with breaks for snacks and water, I was finished with my wee jaunt in only 4 hours 😎 and really got to enjoy photographing some insects, fungi, and turtles.
Just for fun last week, I ran two 5Ks in two days, something I would have never done in the past! Next goal is a 10K before the end of this month.

Hi everyone, I wrote back in May about having no strength. I still get totally exhausted just walking from room to room, it’s so bad I’m using a walker with wheels of all things. I had the gastric sleeve Jan. 24th. I’m doing exactly what the programs says, except protein shakes. I have different meats and protein bars daily, including vitamins daily. I do drink my fluids as well.  I go in for IV hydration 4 days a week and feel ok just til evening.  So far as of Jan 1st I’ve dropped 76 lbs. I just want to enjoy the weight lose. Any suggestions or has anyone else gone thru this??  Doctor says just increase calorie intake, still the same.

Losing my hair in clumps and still dealing with "stomach" issues from gallbladder removal surgery. On the positive side I'm doing better about meeting protein and water goals and taking my vitamins, so yay? 🤷‍♀️
