My Medical Loan or CC? "No Patient Left Behind"

I have the option to split my surgery over two credit cards or use My Medical Loan for their "no patient left behind" program - anyone have suggestions or advice? I was filling out the paperwork for MML and decided to google for some info on the program and found some negative reviews about them being bankrupt, etc..... and input would be appreciated!
