Is it essential to take Vitamins?

Hey there everyone, I have had the band for six months but only with the last filling 3 days ago I have started feeling the restriction (7cc) Do you need to take anything? and is 1000 calories a day good? any advice would be much appreciated... :frown:

I take adult Centrum chewable vits. I think it is very important. Some days you may be getting everything you need from the tiny amounts of food, but I don't think it happens every day.

I either take a Centrum chewable or two Flintstone's chewables. I also take a mint flavored chewable Omega vitamin. I think it's important to take vitamins. As far as calories, I think everyone sets different limits for themselves. In my case I try to stay around the 1350 mark. My problem is exercise. I hate it and it hates me. I MUST get more exercise so I can start pushing these pounds off faster. It seems I'm at a stand still for a few weeks now. This fat does not want to leave my body.

YES! YES! TAKE VITAMINS! I didn't take any vitamins for 5 mos. after I was banded and my hair started to slowly fall out! I started taking them and within 2 wks. my hair stopped coming out! I also added extra iron.
