  1. I have the 10cc Swedish band, and I currently have 7cc but still able to eat... going again for another fill, should I take it up to 9cc or 8cc? What you guys think?

  3. I have a 10cc Swedish band, and recently went for a fill, I now have 7cc, in the morning it's great, lunch is good too, but dinner time, I can eat normally, but of course Now that I watch what I eat I don't over do it, do you guys think I should get another fill?
  4. Hey there everyone, I have had the band for six months but only with the last filling 3 days ago I have started feeling the restriction (7cc) Do you need to take anything? and is 1000 calories a day good? any advice would be much appreciated... :frown:
