WHOOP! I'm in college station! Are you still around the area or did you just go to school there?
-
The main killer for me is the chest exercises. That's always been a weaker area for me. I'm so tired today. I may just face plant on my keyboard.
-
Ya it's not that alcohol is going to dmg it somehow. It's just empty calories and the risk of drinking too much and get sick. If you know you're gonna drink on the rare occasion just don't drink enough to puke your guts up.
-
Glad you got that fixed I'm sure it was miserable.
-
That doesn't sound fun at all. I had something similar happen to me and I swore I had slipped but it turns out that I had bad drainage. Doc took out 0.5 of a cc and it was magic!
-
That's awesome I hope I can say the same in 4 years!
-
I'm so sorry for your loss. Hugs Boo! What a blessing about your grandchild. It's wonderful to have a little ray of sunshine during what must be a very dark time for your family.
-
I feel your pain! I'm going through the same thing right now. I've done a lot of research and I KNOW that our bodies tend to freak a little with big changes like weight loss and go in to survival mode to try to keep you where you are. I wish there was a way to say, "body I'm not dying it's ok stop fighting me!"

Ya this is a great way to hold yourself accountable. Be honest really post your feelings and what you're doing. You'll notice good and bad days. It makes you feel better when you have a bad day to look back and see there were good days with the band and what was I doing at that point that made it work.
You've lost 60 you can totally lose another 60!
-
Very good job! Ya 2 weeks after surgery I was exercising but at a snail pace. You are doing well!
-
I've had that happen too where I'll eat like ice cream or something and lose weight. Tricking up your metabolism with a calorie boost actually does work in small doses!
-
So true we all get in a funk, but you've got the right attitude now!
-
Right on!
-
Yay to 1 week! I was so terrible about my protein the first 2 weeks post op. I would just forget to eat ... well drink anything. Everything will just become routine within 2 months, at least it did for me.
-
Ya it feels great to get the compliments. Then you have to deal with rude jealous people too haha.
Clothes are SUCH an issue! All the ladies at work are like omg you shouldn't wear those pants anymore they're so big. I'm like... you wanna buy me some new clothes? Even when you buy them cheap it gets expensive when you need new clothes ever other week.

I can't believe you saw 128! Miss you Sap!
-
funny it was exactly 9 days before it started moving again

I weigh myself every morning when I first wake up, naked, after I sprinkle and before I eat. I have a spreadsheet of my weights I'm a complete scale whore lol. But the spreadsheet helps me see my weight loss patterns. I MIGHT occasionally weigh myself after a run just to see that lower number haha! I SO have done the whole OMG I have to weigh less after a BM lol I love seeing other people do the same thing. It's so funny how we get excited just to be down 0.1!
-
Grats on your progress! Keep up the good work!
-
oops double poster offense!
-
It seems when I get the right amount of protein and drink the right amount of water I crave sweets less.
-
It seems that when I get the amount of protein I'm supposed to have and drink a lot of water I don't crave sweets as much.
Its the little things that matter!!!

AWESOME JOB! I remember I used to sit in a theatre and like squeeze in to the seat and be like it's cool as long as I don't move the cup holders don't dig in to my thighs. lol now I go in and get comfy and I can even prop my legs up under me and STILL have wiggle room. I did a little dance to celebrate that. Every victory is something to celebrate!
