Another visit; another fill?

So I have another doctor's appointment today. My guess is they will give me a .5cc fill and I hope it helps. Last time the doctor wanted to give me 1.5cc but when I drank the water afterwards it came back up so they took out .5cc. Hopefully the fill works becuase I cannot seem to break through this plateau. I go up, I go down, I'm exercising non stop but I'm still not losing like I thought I would so we shall see what he says today...wish me luck.

I feel your pain! I'm going through the same thing right now. I've done a lot of research and I KNOW that our bodies tend to freak a little with big changes like weight loss and go in to survival mode to try to keep you where you are. I wish there was a way to say, "body I'm not dying it's ok stop fighting me!"

Good luck with your "fill" today at the Docs. Hope it helps you! I can't wait for my next one! :)

I had 1.5 for my first fill and going for my second one Thursday and also to a new doctor. My surgery doctor closed his office which really sucks for me. But off with the old and on with the new. Good luck with you second fill and can't wait to hear how you make out and how much they put in. Judy
