:) 1-30-07 9:45am :omg: :scared: :phanvan :think :nervous :speechles :sick :cry I called UHC to see if a decision has been made for surgery spoke with William and he said they have not made a decision the case went from the care coordinators to the nurse on 1-28-07 and she will make a decision with in a day or 2….He turned around and said I could call back at the end of the day after lunch and find out:confused: :eek: :) . My stomach is so uneasy, I'm very nervous just waiting for the approval. What is a chick to do??? I will keep you guys updated.........tick tick tick tick 11:47am My buddy just got approved.....I'm still waiting...

2:45pm My right eye is jumping *it's been doing that all day...:eek: I called to see if I could get some some of the pre-op testing done I was told no. I have to wait until I get approved.:scared: I thought about what I would look like at 200 pounds and I got excited! I think if it will put me at a size 16 or less *Im in a 20 right now* I guess my goal weight of 160 will put me in a 12/14 or 10/11 ??? Man I hope I dont lose all of my curves hips,juciy booty etc...... I wonder if my 44 G's will go flat *they are fluffy right now???* I wonder what kind of guys will try and go after me now??:nervous Will I still have strech marks on my tummy? I wonder if the inside of my thighs will still touch at 200 pounds or 160?? AM I crazy for wanting to know all of these answers????:biggrin1: :biggrin1:

He gave a fax number 801 567 5497 attn to UHC Predetermination or call Care Coordinator dept 800 842 3920 to give me my id number and the reason for the surgery I would like to have. He really didnt persuade me into thinking he knew what he was talkin about. :phanvan :phanvan I called Scott at Dr. Rivas 10:45am He said he called on the 22nd to give gave a tentative surgery date of 2-26-2007 gave reference number waiting for a call back from the Care Coordination Department. He told me to call and ask the status of predetermination have you reviewed the case have you requested clinical information. 10:55am Spoke with the Care Coordination spoke with Erika in the department to see if they have reviewed the case or requested Clinical information. She said they case was called in the 19th it takes a while to go thru the process. After I explain to her my family history and why I need this. She gave me the fax number to give to information she asked for my BMI is 41.2 & weight 267 & height 5 7. She said that would help with the process She wished me luck she was sweet. God Bless Erika! 11:09am Called Scott back gave him the number and information he said my weight was 269 BMI 42.8 height 5 7 when I went to my first consult he said he would send the information over today!!!!!!!!! My present weight is 264 goes up and down 1 pound!! Im not mad cause I did the guys job I want the surgery I dont mind working a little to get it. I feel at ease because I had a hand in the process. Has anyone heard of or been banned by Dr. H Rivas out of UT Southwestern in Dallas? My information was sent to UHC PPO Choice and I want them to say yes! I would love to meet with you guys I live in Duncanville area

Not sure whats suppose to come first the approval or the pre test for the surgery?:rolleyes Im not as jittery as I was before, My managers know about what I want to do they are supportive! My mom does not want me to have the surgery! My sister is like go for it! My kids love the way mommy's stomach feels like a soft pillow my son likes to poke at it and watch it jiggle!:tired Im not ready for pre op diet trying to get my head around not eating as much as a pregnant person!!!:scared: I want to be comfortable I want to be healthy I want support I want to live as long as I can for my kids and their future!!!

I have UHC Options PPO all they said I needed was a BMI of 40 and a letter from my doctor! They cover 80% im responsible for the rest not sure how much that leaves me to pay??? They sent my information off either friday or today so the waiting begins
