But make sure there are no exclusions in the policy…

Called UHC to make sure no exclusions 1:16pm spoke to Tyrone and he said there are no exclusions covered at 80% bmi exceed 40% or greater. He gave me a fax nbr that I didn’t need 801 567 5498.
