To change my body I want the band 2006 As I think about the things that happend this year I cry & I laugh.. I lost my best friend I cry:phanvan :cry :cry :think I remember all the crazy things we did I laugh:kiss I look back at the things I will never do again I laugh :clap2: I set myself free of people that don't care about me I jump 4 joy!!!:scared: I got a promotion 1/06 I laugh:clap2: Getting ready to get another promotion 12/20/06 I'm nervous:o I accepted my calling into the ministry I laugh and Cry at that:) :D I have gained some new friends on here and I will always remember them for their kindness:D :scared: ;) Jesus is the reason for the Season!!!!

So i would have to add in a protein shake and get some measuring cups or a little weigh machine to help me keep track of the ounces wow did think it would be that much work

IF ANYTHING I PRAY THAT SOMEONE IS ENCOURAGED & THAT GOD QUICKENS YOUR HEART TO FIND HIM AND ACCEPT THE PLAN OF SALVATION, SO THEY MAY BE SAVED. *****IF YOU BECOME OFFENDED I DO APOLOGIZE IN ADVANCE BLESSING ON YOU NEGATIVE COMMENTS ARE NOT ACCEPTED ON MY COMMENT BLOCK*** A LOT OF TIMES WE FEEL LIKE WE WAIT UNTIL THE LAST MOMENT TO DO SOMETHING!OR EITHER WE PUT IT OFF UNTIL WE HAVE NO CHOICE TO DO WHAT WE WERE SUPPOSE TO DO! THE LORD HAD TO SHOW HE IN A VISION THAT HE WAS WORTHY OF THE WORK HE WAS ASSIGNED. AN ANGEL CAME AND TOUCHED HIS LIPS BECAUSE HE WAS A MAN OF SINFUL LIPS! THE ANGEL TOUCHED THEM AN HE CAME PURGED OF HIS SIN & CLEAN OF HIS INIQUITY. WE OFTEN DONT DO WHAT WE ARE TOLD BECAUSE WE LET SMALL THINGS TRIP US UP! *OUR WEIGHT* I HAVE DECIDED TO START DOING WHAT I PLANNED ON DOING AFTER I LOST THE WEIGHT! TOMRROW IS NOT PROMISED TO ANY OF US! WELL ACTUALLY THE NEXT HOUR ISNT PROMISED IF YOU ASKED ME!! ALL IM SAYING IS DONT WAIT UNTIL THIS OR THAT DO IT NOW!! PUT YOUR FAITH TO WORK! I WANT TO THANK THIS PLACE FOR ALL THE SUPPORT I HAVE RECEIVED.
