  1. i know ... ladies in the top 2! i cannot believe Ali weighs 145 pounds! she looks AMAZING! it concerns me if she is in the final 4 how much lower she can go. the less you weigh, the harder it is to come off. **fingers crossed anyway**

  15. i try very hard to keep my carbs under 20 grams... if i go over, definitely under 10% of my calories for the day. that's when i see the best results.

  17. really swamped at work today ... so f'ing pissed ... grrrr.. ok ... short reply, no. dr p would not replace it and my doc didnt have priv. at TIS, so i didnt get it. personally, i wouldnt have that be a complete deal breaker thought, but thats just my opinion....

  19. just start right now. think of the reasons you wanted the band and to lose the weight. pick a plan that works for you. low carb works well for me, but not others. i find when i am low carbing it, my cravings die down a bit. log your food, get some form of exercise. you can do it!
  20. chicken is notoriously difficult for some people to get down. sorry you had to learn about the post op diet the hard way.
