Guess Whatttttt????

:thumbup::thumbup: I am stoked!!! I was banded on 3/10/08 and went to my Post Op appt today. I lost 16 pounds! I know that isn't a lot to some people, but for someone who has never really lost weight, it's a lot....I floated out the Dr's office. I am so motivated to eat right and exercise now....lol":thumbup::tongue:
