  4. i love my oatmeal....sometimes i have some yogurt and fruit...other times i have some cereal and fruit as well.

  6. i completely agree with you, it is risky but if you choose the right doctor and staff...you shouldn't have any problems....it is really hard to lose weight on your own....i really really recommend Dr. Aceves in Mexicali, Mexico....with him you are in the best hands. so check them out....you will not regret your decision. goodluck.
  7. yep i take ibuprofen all the time, it really works for me.
  8. add water instead of milk, use some cinammon, a few raisins...avoid regular sugar.

  13. i chose 5 just because of the gas i had and bloatiness....other than that i didn't have any other complications.
  14. what about your exercise routine? i started losing weight as soon as i started doing exercise.....run, walk, spinning, zumba, bodycombat...fun things to do and you will love your weightloss.:smile2:

  20. mmm well i started shopping for clothes like 2 months after the surgery.....then it was like every month....now i only buy once every month and a half.....i gave away all my big clothes to charity.
  21. sorry, but i never had diarrhea, for me it was the opposite, i had gases and had to walk and walk.....as for the ticker sorry can't help you there, haven't been able to do it.....

  23. it is perfectly normal to feel nervous and scared. change is like that and your right, it would be really easy to cancel everything and continue the same way. but if you continue with your plan, i guarantee you that you will love your new you. you will feel much much better and you will not regret a thing. :thumbup:
  24. i love water, but if i want to change and drink something different, i go for tea. i really don't like the light version, so i drink the regular version and try no to skip my exercise class.:thumbup:
