HAPPY CUT THE CRAP DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Scale was 210 again....... NO crap for me today! I did bring in another 2 liter of CL......... so well try to get it all down.

I DID IT! I drank the entire 2 liter... I'm still thirsty :confused: also I'm hungry too! I have no idea what I'm fixing for dinner... grrrr

Good morning all! Scale bounced AGAIN up! grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr and I was GOOD yesterday! probably fluid retention but dang it......... 3 weeks with nothing gone. I am at work fighting whatever it is that I now have... DH is finally going to the doctor for his back this morning and I am meeting him there with the insurance and flex account cards... (so, Friday=Mom, Monday=Son, Tues=DH) Luckily the doc this a.m. is less than 2 minutes from my work. Have a great day everyone! OH... and I made a two liter of orange crystal light this morning and brought it to work! GOAL for today is to drink the ENTIRE thing!

Hey angie! Great to see you1 I AM SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO DEPRESSED.... I was online for 4 hours getting the tickets... and he is doing 9 shows because he wanted everyone who wanted to to go! and the tickets were ONLY $27.00.......... that is one of the reasons I GAVE them away........ and the girl who got them is young,newly married.. no kids......... and BROKE! plus she attended court with me for moral support with Shrek............ anyway..... I think I'm GETTING SICK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just had some hot cocoa and it felt so good on my throat! Black Friday is the DAY AFTER THANKSGIVING! Major shopping day.... last year DH and I were in line outside wally world at 3:30 a.m. (it was soooooooooooooo fun!) crazy but fun! we got the computer I'm using right now for $158.00.. there were 6 of them and DH managed to get one.

Sniff Sniff! I just GAVE my Garth tickets to a coworker! Ds is STILL sleeping and is obviously really sick......... and DH just called saying he didn't think he could "DO" a concert tonight! So I offered them to my boss and then to a coworker friend.... MERRY CHRISTMAS! (off to wallow in self pity) man I want some ice cream! but I will go eat a protien bar instead......

oh guess what.......... oldest dss may be coming to live with us! He just (as in a few minutes ago) go a 5 day suspension.. after being suspended FRIDAY for another issue! (and he is the highly intelligent child!) DH and i just got off the phone with ExWife...... I pointed out that if he comes here that he has to give up all his local friends... and position in the boy scouts, and first chair in the band! (he has no clue what it would mean for him to be uprooted from the place he's been since kindergarten) Right now he thinks Dads would be a picnic! NOTTTTTTTTTTT! Oye

GOOD MORNING.............. my son woke up at Midnight puking spaghetti.............and he was the freaking engergizer bunnies of puking all night long............ I ended up on the sofa and he on the loveseat.. needless to say he did not go to daycare or school... so I had to bring him into the office with me so that I can pick up some work to take home. I'm now waiting for my boss to arrive so I can break the news to him..... my son is laying on the floor in my office curled up in a ball (LOVELY!) I am tired beyond belief..... but DH still wants to go to Garth tonight.. so we are going. The good news is 210 reappeared on the scale this morning... HOLY CRAP my little guy just fell asleep... poor baby Denise: I have nearly 4cc's in my 4cc band so I've been really tight since August... it has just been in the last week that I can eat more than 1/2 cup of food. One of the reasons my doc doesn't pull fluid out unless he's checking for a specific reason is that he says sometimes withdrawing the fluid messes up the restriction..... I doubt your band has slipped, more likely you just lost some of the residule fat pad around your stomach and you didn't get enough of a fill. I did manage to stay away from the halloween candy yesterday! YEAH ME. Also: Michelle, so far I've found two advertised black friday deals on the DS...... One is at Sears, with One game for $149.00 and the other at FYE (For your entertainment) most likely at your local mall for $129.00 with one game.. the price is after a $20.00 mail in rebate. The RUMOR is that Walmart May have them for $63.00... but Walmart is being VERY VERY VERY legally sticky about Black Friday this year and that is only a post that I found from someone on a message board....... more black friday ads are being posted daily.. and I look for Best Buy to have them again this year. (Last year they had them for $99.00) On ebay they are no less than $129.00 even for the used ones.............. I am on the hunt. Everyone have a great day!

YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH TERRY!!!!!!!!!!!! (insert booby bananna's here) That is so sad about your bosses son!... It really brought up sad memories for me when I first read about it.. (one of my best friends was killed by a drunk driver when she was 18) one of the saddest funerals I've ever been too. OK.. time for me to sign off!

Good morning............. I was back down to 212 today with still puffy fingers... can someone please start forcing water down my throat!!!!!!!! I have not had a piece of Halloween Candy yet today and I'm going to TRY and stay away from it. I just had 3/4 of a grilled burger patty drenched in ranch dressing and it is starting to feel a bit stuck.. so I'm trying to ignore it and see if it will go on through.... TRYING to stick with solid protien today.... It is a beautiful fall day here in Kansas........ the leaves are turning and I'm wearing my baggy size 16 jeans and a thermal pink harley shirt that has been toooooooo tight for a couple years! I do love my band and wearing my old clothes.. this is just a normal stage of complacency and I know I shouldn't bitch about being stuck for two weeks when some of you are struggling with a two MONTH plateau.. so SORRY... Next time ask your doc if you have the small band.. (I bet you do) my doc only calls them the small and large..... Ok.. so I have the small..... it is 10cm long and is supposed to hold 4cc's of Fluid. So at my last fill I asked...... OK DOC, so how much does it REALLLLLLY hold. (I had read that they can be overfilled to near 6cc's) He told me that he didn't have any patients with the small band that had over 5cc's in their band.... and its true I have near 4cc's and I've been at my sweet spot since August.. HOWEVER in the last week I can tell that I can eat more than I had previously......... also it's important to know that my doc had not even heard of OMNIPAQUE until I told him..... they are human and your doc may not know that the bands can be overfilled.... (heck my doc didn't even do a pre op diet until he went to a conference and talked to other surgeons) and my doc is GREAT! Ask the question next time.. you need restriction for the band to work.

I have the small band that technically holds 4cc's but can be overfilled to nearly 6 cc's... It took 4 fills and nearly 4cc's to get me to my sweet spot where I was only eating 1/2 cup of food.. and the weight really dropped.... I had been losing from being in diet mode.. but when I hit my sweet spot... it was like.. HOLY CRAP I'M FULL! (I eat way to fast and don't chew enough) I'm trying to learn... but after fill number 3.. the nurse was telling me that I was getting ready to be clamped down.. and she was right!

Banded 6 months with four fills.......... fill number 5 in 3 weeks. I've been holding my sweet spot since August. (I have the small band)

Hello vi's! Its 10p saturday night and I'm just now checking in...... after my morning check in yesterday my mom called me in tears because her foot was so bad she couldn't go to work (long story with feet problems) short story is that I ended up leaving work and running her from one doctor to another and by the time it was all said and done it was too late to go back to work.... Then it was pick up the boys.. today was a day of blissfull be at home ness......... but we ended up staining/waterproofing the deck and then cooking out on the grill.......... I am also not happy because I was up 213 this morning although my finger were really swollen from water retention... but I've been eating like crap and more of everything too... guess a Novemember fill in in my future. I know I need to get my head back in the carb watching game.. but I had almost an ENTIRE carton of Milk Nog today..... (oh teasing myself that it has 5g protein per serving) but I haven't even looked at the calories because the carb count is 37! For dinner I ate an entire burger (no bread) and some dorito's with ranch dip...... I've been eating halloween candy too...... I don't know what the hell is wrong with me... usually I don't start sabotaging myself until I GET UNDER 200lbs! grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr sorry for the rant, but I'm just pissed at myself right now. I need a new fridge! so Pam I am freaking IN LUST with your new one! Jennifur: I don't know what to say..... yeah most guys want one thing..... but then you meet one who isn't even that interested and you start wondering what the hell is wrong that they don't... (remember I went many many many months almost a year with out any) and this man loves me.... it has all changed since getting engaged and now married...(go figure) but he has a real hang up with any chance of getting pregnant so we still don't have REAL sex very often........ sorry TMI, but its that kind of night... god I hope someone doesn't google me and reads this......... oh what the hell! If you've been at all like me... I've lost weight SO MANY times that they think its normal.........UP and DOWN... Ive gotten the.. Hey Trace I see your losing weight again! Or Man Tracy when you set your mind to it weight PEEEEEELS off you! LOL.............. ( I then say... well it's been since APRIL 1st that I've been trying... so .5 to 3 lbs a week seems like a lot all at once.)
