Now they have to show up... but waggling this big carrot before his court date where he was WARNED that he would be going to jail if he didn't pay $800... and the fact that I'm writing off everything is a big load off his debt... TIMING!

Shrek SAID YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He and GF are meeting me at the Lawyers office tomorrow morning at 8:30 a.m. to sign the CONSENT FORMS! He gets to walk out of the lawyers office with a notorized copy of his consent to the adoption so that he can show the judge on Tuesday. He was waffling on the guilt of signing Robby off so I offered to go to court on Tuesday and tell the judge the plan………. Apparently GF is backing him on this.. THANK GOD!

I had to track down Shrek yesterday (My lawyer said I needed to contact him about his consent to the adoption) $600 bucks if HE DOES consent and double or triple if we have to do it the hard way....... We actually had a 30 minute CALM discussion where neither one of us raised our voices or said a cross word to the other......... CROSS YOUR FINGERS THAT HE SIGNS THE CONSENT FORM TODAY. Eating my WC oatmeal.. and trying to not let it stick.... (stress swells me) I truly don't think I will need a fill on Monday....... I eat so little now and that has been the secret to me losing..... 212 today! Hoping for 209 in the next couple days of being good....... then ONEderand better watch out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

took me four fills and nearly 4cc's in my 4cc band to hit my sweet spot! and lordy did I hit it...............Banded in April and didn't hit my sweet spot til August! It can be frustration.. my thought is for you to get into diet mode and work your plan while waiting for restriction

I guess my advice would pick ONE function that is non negotiable and then negotiate on the others..... and yes you have to give HIM SOMETHING

OK Laura: Holidays have ALwAys been a deal for me... This is how it works in our home........ (my christmas MUST attend function is CHRISTMAS EVE with my family) moms side... it's been a THANG even before I was born.... so we do Christmas eve at mine, and Christmas day with his sister... (which is HIS THANG) Thanksgiving used to be my dads family but that petered out long ago.... so we go to Charles sisters...... I don't know what would happen if we had major conflicts with Christmas eve....... the only bad thing is his boys are always with their mom on Christmas eve and Him on Christmas Day.... so we do A LOT OF RUNNING

MS42: I think counting points at WW would be fine, but for me I just try to STICK to LOW CARBS, but seriously I have so much restriction its hard for me to eat meat in its grilled form... I have to mainly eat ground meat or meat that is chunked up in soup...... Denise: CONGRATS on the promotion and the bonus!!!! and I LOVE the US... your belly bean! I have nearly 4cc's (so technically I'm full, anymore would be the considered the overfill status) in my band and my next fill appointment is on MONDAY and I truly don't think I'm going to keep it. Well.... it all depends... I will have to pay the lawyer to draw up the petition and then pay to have it served and then see what he does.... if he denies it then it goes to us proving him unfit and all that jazzz ........... OH well today we won and my son's brain is safe for another day..... ON the NSV side of life............. I decided to get the step ladder out and dig out my BELOVED size 12 levis that have been taking up residence in the tippy top shelf of my closet... I decided I needed a new goal jean since my 14's are looking fine.............. I have ABOUT 5 pairs..... varying styles of mainly OFCOURSE Levis jeans........... wellllllll I just about pee'd myself when the first pair I tried on FIT! DID YOU READ THAT??? I AM WEARING A SIZE 12 RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!! I LOVE MY BAND...... I MEAN I FREAKING LOVE MY BAND! I did try on another pair and they are a bit from buttoning... they are lower cut.... I could probably wench them on but the fact that the other ones DID fit really made my day! I asked DH what he wanted me to fix for dinner.......... (anything, I said)... so he requested my FRIED TACO's.......... ooowww... they are soooooooo good and make such a mess, but I DID ASK so I'm off to the store. I want you to know that I wore my WWJD bracelett today...... thank you Terry so much for it and to all my violet sistahs for sending your PURPLE VIBES today! It is amazing how much real life support I get from my online group........ And YES... I WILL be wearing the 12's to the store...... shakeit shakeit shakeit!

I'm BACK........... The good news... Judge Denied to Restart CASA visits (supervised visitation) HE WAS A NO SHOW!!!!!!! and get this... he CALLED the judge at 8:30a.m. to say that he was stuck in MO for child support court...... (LIE... LIE....... LIE! His MO cs case he got CONTINUED til 11/06/07)........ the bad news is that since he was a no show we have to go back to court after we send a petition for adoption........ HE HAD THE BALLS to make a request of th judge VIA THE PHONE to restart CASA and expanded on that (whatever the expanded term meant)....... My lawyer told the judge that I had remarried and we were going to petition for Adoption and forgive child support in leui of his consent........ the judge smiled and said that he would probably take us up on it since he would be going to jail if he didn't....... also the judge tacked on $350.00 for my lawyer fee since he didn't give notice for his no show.... YEAH RIGHT.......... which means that he has to pay $800 by next week and $350.00 to the court to restate the motion............. I have to get a good address for my lawyer so we can continue on with the adoption... Kat: thinking of you!

GOOD MORNING! Thank you so much ladies for all the purple power! I know better than to eat ANYTHING right now.. so I'm all hopped up on the coffee....... 11:30 a.m. CENTRAL time................. The family list is down to 17 ............ and I did buy the ASSETS by Sara Bakely at Target.. (Spanx Knockoffs) and by golly I am wearing a NON STRETCH STRAIGHT LINE Black dress in size 14! with a grey blazer over it..... the ASSAETS are the tights and I'm also wearing pumps with a decent heel....... I feel like I look good.. but I feel like I'm going to puke..... ASSWIPE usually calls me before court so I have given my cell to Charles......... now I have to pee. Thank you so much! and KAT.............. you are in my prayers today!

Most likely (from the low carb diaries) is that you have the sought after KETOSIS breath! It is normal, when your body switches to the FAT burning machine it can be. Ketosis is when your body starts burning stored fat instead of carbohydrates.... usually if you start a Low Carb eating plan Ketosis will hit within the first week. Breath Mint Anyone?

Well.... the upside to this day is that my payroll is almost complete! :cool: Please everyone "Say a prayer" that the best interest of my son comes to be tomorrow........ I don't care about the money part of it....... I knew I would never get money..... and if I can get his parental rights relinquished I am writing off the money!
