I agree it is a very scary decision to make, but compared to the alternatives it was an easy one for me. I think cheating is a fear everyone has, mine is still there. Do I cheat? NO I have found that is just is not worth it. I don't want to go back to what I was, I think if you make the commitment, you will really change your life. This is a lifestyle change, not a diet. This is a way of life that is completely different from what you are doing now. I never have regretted it, only that I didn't do it sooner.

I have to share what happened to me last night. It truly is the best thing ANYONE has said to me in a LONG time! I am so happy, I am still on cloud 9. SO I went to a reunion show for a HS band I loved with much distress. I haven't seen almost all of the people in 15 years. (Class of 95) I didn't go to any of my class reuinions because I was fat and disgusting. I wasn't fat in school at all. I was a model for Ford, so I always thought I had peaked in high school. Well a guy that I had a crush on in high school leaned over to me last night and said "Don't take this the wrong way because I am married but you look better now than you did in high school." I wanted to cry and kiss him. I just smiled and said thank you, while inside I was doing the happy dance. Everyone was telling me how good I looked, I even got a bit of revenge with an old boyfriend. Last night made it all worth it! I love my band! :thumbup:
