  1. I don't think I'm going to make it tomorrow. With the uncertain weather I'd just rather hold off until April. :crying: Sorry. Turler- I'll call you. I think it's a bad idea for you to drive down here. It's supposed to be a royal mess! But that's just my opinion.
  2. Hi Marchies. I'm looking forward to Saturday, my anniversary. I hope everyone is feeling well.
  3. This is my seat, or something like it. I can't seem to find the exact one.
  4. fubar=? Now I have to go to Abbreviations and acronyms dictionary: Find definitions for over 4,203,000 abbreviations, acronyms, and initialisms found it Fouled up beyond all repair...of Effed, cute
  5. Found it. She must use a different name on here. Perhaps my post will bait her, eh? Whatever, again, I've got stuff to do. Thanks Stef.
  6. okay stalker is a bit overstated, but for real, who needs that kind of stress? Ugh.
  7. So how do I search her name and see what kind of psycho posts she has on here? There used to be a search feature but I can't seem to find it anymore.
  8. Hey, I got me an IM stalker from putting my IM address in my profile on this site. I allowed her to talk to me breifly a week ago, and today told her nicely I don't have time for idle chit chat and pretty much was told to fuck myself. Nice. Just because I said access to my IM address doesn't give you an instant friend she thought I was being bitchy. Me?!
  9. Yeah, it's fun to spend the state's money. And I do buy stuff with my own dollars for me too while I'm there...nice perk. My fingers are crossed for you B. Hope you get that call too. We'd love to share our nasty cold winters with you!
  10. I just got back from Whole Foods for my kiddo who can't eat wheat, corn, soy, eggs, dairy, vinegar... yeah, rice, potatoes, meat, fruit and green veggies are about all he gets
  11. If you are on a C-Pap you'll want to ask about bringing that with you. They had me bring mine, because it was already adjusted to the right level.
  12. I feel the need to open a restaurant that charges people by the weight of the food they order! Oh, wait that's been done it's a deli! This falls under the heading, it takes all kinds of people to make the world interesting. That includes penny pinchers and people who throw money away. Oh well.
  13. Ang, Hang in there, you'll be out of hell shortly. Why do you hate cooking? Did you burn down the house the first time you tried? That's not a judgemental thing. I hate gardening and will kill plants just to be spiteful...so I get it. But a girl's go to eat... The frozen meals are a good idea. Get some cups of applesauce, yogurt and things that don't need cooking. Tuna salad is as easy as mayo and canned tuna or as fancy as toss in 10 more things. Just because your enthusiasm is waining a bit doesn't mean you're going to fail. It just means you're dealing with the reality of a different life. But girl that's what we/you want! Peace, J
  14. That's what it is all about! Live the heck out of your life, sister! Congrats!
  15. Tomato Soup, applesauce, really runny mashed potatoes. You can do it. Also, I'd suggest you post this on the main forum, you'll get more support out there because more people will read it.
  16. Buffets are evil and by their nature full of the cheapest food the restaurant can provide. If I only get a half to a cup of food I'm going for quality, and there just isn't quality at a buffet. But that's a different thread...
  17. Saturday is my anniversary. I would be uber cool to see the ones by then. You'd think I'd work extra hard to make that happen, but I'm not feeling the extra part. I work plenty hard most of the time. But thanks for noticing.
  18. ParaGirl, That's fantastic. It's great to be out doing exercise with your son! Being active with my daughter was a giant motivator for me. You are doing great too! 53 pounds since October is amazing! Welcome to our wacky world. J
  19. K- Will you give us the details when you get them? I'd love to go to that show!
  20. BP- Sweet bike. Very.
  21. Poor Baby! I'm looking at the same crap on the ground. Not as much but still YUCK-O!
  22. As a mom of an AI kid I love your post. People are ignorant. Plain and simple. Really, I like to tell people to walk a mile in my shoes then tell me how to live. Ugh.
  23. My friend's mother was a dominatrix. Men paid her to belittle them. Well they bought her nice things too. She didn't have sex with them. Get a latex outfit, no shaving, no sex. It's all good.
  24. Have you heard of anchoring? It's positive reinforcement: while you touch something and think good thoughts you imprint happy positive thougths...which later when you are having a problem you can recall those thoughts by simply touching yourself in a the same way. (keep it clean) Hip bones might be hard, but right now rub those collar bones and say, "I will make it to goal" or some such thing. Do that a couple of times over the next day or two. The next time you are faced with eating a piece of cake, or a cookie, rub your collar bone and you'll probably pass on the sweets. Or when you are fighting going to the gym...rub your collar bones and you'll probably decide to exercise. I promise it will work!
