  16. Laura, typically doctors fill you really slow. You should be fine. In fact, it may take several fills before you feel the right restriction. Julie
  17. Yes, it is very true. You are not filled, thus not restriction. I love my band, it took me 8 months to feel complete restriction. I would follow up with a fill first. I may take you multiple fills to find a good level. Good luck! Julie
  18. I've learned a ton. I have learned that it is okay to be hungry. I have learned it is okay to PB when you overeat. I have learned that food isn't the main focus in my life. I am much happier now!
  19. If you don't go in for an upper GI I would try an antacid. You may have reflux really bad. Good luck.

  21. Stacy, my dear. I fight my demons every day. I can only consume 800-1k calories a day. I still fight alcohol addiction on a daily basis. I just try and stick to 2 drinks a day. I can totally relate. Just eat what you can but smaller portioins. I completely feel for you. PM me any time. Julie
