  1. First 2 letters of first name and First 2 letters of last name
  2. That's great. I had mine checked the other day too and it was 98/70. I had them check it again because it has never been that low. By the way, I love your little shrinking lady in your signature!!
  3. YEAH for you!! Exciting! I too am right around 8 pounds away. Can't wait
  4. Erin ~ I have been thinking of you. Feeling any better??
  5. Congrats. I'm sure it feels great! I have these stupid 7 pounds until I am there with you. They just won't budge!!!
  6. Secrets are never a good thing, especially on something so important. You are going to need support through this process. Good Luck!!
  7. I aggree with looking up recipes online and trying them. I am surprised how much I am enjoying cooking new things, I never was much of a cook before because I am single and live alone so it was always so hard to cook for one.
  8. I can't remember when it first happened. I know it wasn't in the first few weeks. You just can't figure out where it is all coming from.
  9. I was self pay and everything totaled around 21,000. It included surgery, anesethia, 1 year of fills, 4 quarterly meetings with dietician and 1 year followup with surgeon.
  10. It is the grossest thing where if you eat too fast or get stuck, all this saliva and slime feel your mouth and it WON'T stop! It doesn't hurt, just is disgusting.
  11. Stay encouraged. I am a very slow loser too. I am only down 50 in over 10 months and believe me, I have felt like a failure at times. Ask advice from this website, there are many kind people to offer encouragement & advice.
  12. I know how you feel. But I will always be a "pear shape", bigger on bottom through my hips & thighs. Even though I have been losing, I still have my angry moments in the dressing rooms.
  13. My doctor does numb the area. That actually hurts more than the actual fill. Not really hurt, more like stings.
  14. That was me totally. I was so sure about it until the nurse actually called and gave me a surgery date. Then I felt "oh my this is really going to happen." Just trust in your decision. Good Luck.

Why would anyone ever think of saying something so unbelivably rude to a perfect stranger? I just don't get what satisfaction they get out of it!!!!!
  16. CONGRATS!! I am counting down 11 pounds until I am there with ya!
  17. I was self pay and it was right around 21,000 for everything.
  18. Congrats!! I am impatiently counting down to Onederland. 12 pounds to go
  19. Where in SD? I'm about 20 miles from Sioux Falls
  20. It sounds like you are too tight. It is amazing how just a little unfill can help.
  21. Good for you!!!
  22. That is so GREAT! You look awesome!
  23. Everyone reacts to it differently, but to be honest that is the one thing I was terrified of as well. I had never had surgery of any kind, but I don't remember a thing. Some people said they had a sore throat from the tube, but I didn't even have that. Good Luck to you!
  24. Congrats, I am happy for you. I am counting down to the same place. A little to go yet.
