There aren't too many people I share this with. . .

but as of yesterday, I'm in ONEDERLAND!!! Woo-hoo!! I love love love my band! This is the 30 lb mark for me. I still have 45 lbs to go to my goal and I'm feeling just as motivated (if not more) than I did at any time through this whole process.

I was frustrated with the slow loss for quite a while, but slow & steady sure does the trick! I'm averaging out at about 1 lb a week (er. .in part b/c I put back on a few pounds during Bandster Hell), but the weeks keep passing by and the weight keeps coming off!

So, for all of the other bandsters who get frustrated by slow loss, hang in there! :wink2:

I wonder how many of my friends can relate to me being thrilled to weigh 199. . . :mad2:

WOOHOO! That is so neat! Congratulations. Keep up the good work. I keep dreaming about the day I hit onederland. It's good to see others hitting it.36_1_55.gif23_30_104.gif

Congrats, I am happy for you. I am counting down to the same place. A little to go yet.

I recently hit ONEDERLAND as well. I started crying with happiness in the middle of the kitchen when I told my husband. It has been forever since I have seen a 1 at the beginning of that scale and it feels GREAT!

CONGRATS to you!

:mad2:

I lay in my bed at night and dream of going to Onerland.....I haven't been there in a VERY VERY looong time!!!

Congrats to ya!!!! That's fabulous....between you and I, I think it's much better to go slow and steady then drop it all like a hot potato....I think it gives your body time to keep up with the changes.....atleast that's what I'm HOPING!!

I'm looking forward to onederland too. Just 6 lbs to go. So close yet so far away. This will be the 2nd time I've lost down to that level over the last 5 years. The first time I was there I didn't have the band to help me stay there so I gained the weight back, got the band, and getting close again. This time for good.

Good job Catherine. You've worked hard and you deserve to Celebrate, but not too much because you're journey continues. You're doing great. Congratulations.

Gosh, I just can't wait to get to twoderland at this point! Am so thrilled for you and this is so motiviting me too. Congrats and you go girl!

Great job!!!!:confused::thumbup::w00t:

COngrats Catherine. My weight is coming off at pace like yours. My wife was in 3derland and was very happy to get back to onederland. For me onederland will mean I am about 80% there, but there have been several landmark goals met already.

Hey Catherine, Congrats. I also recently made it to Onderland and am 45 pounds from goal weight. I just had my 4th fill and then a small unfill, so I was a little bummed about the unfill, but its hard to stay bummed when you are in Onderland. Especially when you were 213 pounds in Jr. High school, Junior High, no High School. And 225 pounds on your wedding day.

Keep up the good work.
