  1. i have had the same issues and my nurse swears that when the needle and port connect that the saline, etc. is definitely going in. i asked the same question 2 weeks ago. i just know that after 4 fills i am not restricted enough or at all.
  2. I am eating 3 meals a day. I usually eat cereal (1to 1 1/2 cups) or I eat eggs and turkey bacon. I really don't have a normal lunch in that I eat different things each day. My problem is WHAT to eat and how much. My doctor says to eat filling foods and mostly protein but there is so little variety and I am not a cooker. I really think if I could get the food thing down things would improve. I still have a hard time not drinking too. Help! Am I a lost cause? ha ha
  3. I can totally relate because I am at the same point. I have had 3 fills and don't feel restricted at all. I have found that I am losing my good attitude and gaining fear that I can't do this. I am afraid that I will frustrate my doctor too, but the fact is that I cannot tell a huge difference at all. I go back on the 28th of this month, if not before. I admit that I want instant results because I like everyone am motivated by losing. I am going to try and do everything by the book and I am starting aerobics tonight. I need to make sure that this isn't my fault. I will say a prayer for you because I feel your pain. We will be successful. I just know it.
  4. I had my surgery in April and I have only lost around 17 pounds. I don't feel like I know what to eat and I am scared to death that I am going to be the only person to not lose weight with this surgery. If anyone has any words of encouragement or food ideas, I would love it. I am a mom, teacher and wife and I am terrified of failing. :smile2:
