  1. I'd definitely get it checked do your legs feel hard just get checked I had a blood clot in 2013 and my leg was hard and swollen they say some people have pain and some don't mine was like a pulled muscle until I got it checked hope you feel better soon
  2. Is this all you do is bicker at one another not a good idea she only asked if she could have a drink its supposed to be a site to help one another
  3. Just make your own broth they told me to boil chicken bones and veg , and garlic and drink the water from that

Congratulations on reaching your surgery dates , Your all lucky when I had mine in August 2021 I had the milk liver shrinking diet 3 pints of semi skimmed milk and 2 50grm pots of yoghurt but could drink tea and coffee with milk that was bonus go to pintrestand type in biatric liver shrinking foods and the different stages after your op and how to make broths theirs loads of stuff on there that will help you and recipes good luck not to long now and after you'll not feel like eating for a bit anyway just make sure you drink fluids

  9. No not really but I think the pain was a bit worse but was out of bed a couple of hours out of my OP but did regret it the day after thinking what have I done but would do it all again now xx

I was sleeved in 2010 and lost a couple of stone then asked the doctor for revision surgery in 2016 and had a bypass August 2021 not much has changed just more protien which isn't a bad thing got told by the surgeon I'd only lose 3 stone I lost 45lbs up until the end of November not seen anyone since I've lost more but not been weighed I wont have scales in the house been there done that but everything is looking good , good luck with your surbery

  12. I'm having the same problem with the wind and bad odour its embarassing I take charcoal tablets and they help and peppermint capsules and peppermint tea and they seem to help I waiting to see my dietician not seen anyone since the end of November so going to give the a call today

I had the same as Summerseeker I'd already had a blood clot in 2013 and it wasn't very nice months of going for blood test and thinners for your blood , so know how important they are it's not good some people get pain and cant walk some of them doent and that's fatal that's why it's called the silent killer so you need to take them if given them by the hospital
  15. You may be eating to fast or to much just try little bits at a time Try tuna mayonnaise light ,porridge eggs and beans and dont forget to chew and eat slowly hope you get sorted soon

  19. I'm not sure what I weigh not been weighed since November waiting to see the Dietician but don't know when my sister had a shock when she called the other day she said I was half the size I was so cant wait to see what I weigh

Hi all hope you all get it done soon I waited for 6yrs all in all 4yrs then covid it I'd had two pre ops and needed a third got my phone call last July to say it was going ahead in August talk about run round having bloods and ecg's and then I needed an iron infusion on the Thursday before I had it done on the mon but I wouldn't change a thing feeling good

  23. I was a big drinker and I think you should get a new therapist aswell and your on the right track by saying out loud you have a drink problem that's brilliant at least you've accepted your first goal good luck hope you get help soon
