Of course you are. Your mother died. You should look for professional help to process your grief.

I'm sorry for the loss of you mother, Gigi. Weight-wise you've done GREAT! Be kind to yourself right now and don't focus on your weight. Try to follow the diet program as much as your grief will allow.

Oh Gigi, I’m so sorry about your mom. That is a really hard thing to go through. Sounds like you are in stage 4 of grief. Google the stages of grief. Give yourself some extra care & seek help. Maybe your primary care doc can give you something to help you deal with everything. Medications don’t make our problems go away, they just help us to deal with them better.

I'm so sorry for your loss! Seek help from a therapist or grief support group, but also, take care of your body. Your hair loss is likely made worse if you are not taking your vitamins and if you are not getting enough protein. Get the help you need to get back on track. Hugs!

This saddens me. I recently suffered a great loss as well. I am so sorry you had to go through this. If you are able to, I hope you can reach out to those close to you, and/or a therapist to help you with all of this.
