  3. Thank you for sharing. I've been very depressed about my weight loss. I started at 258 November.. now 189. I've not lost any weight in 3 months. I know I'm not eating enough. I am not able to workout due to health issues. I just can't go down anymore. In so scared of being like I was again. I can't afford to keep going to the nutritionist to tell me to eat more. I really try.. so discouraged

  6. So I've only lost 10 pounds in 3 months. I'm supper slow at losing but I have bit been eating enough the Dr said. So I'll try to eat more. I am able to. I just thought at 7 months only eat 700 calories. He said 1000. Wow.. With that being Said my loss since Nov has only been 56 pounds. But happy to lose it! Thr oddest thing is my body feels heavier, like it was before I lost weight

  19. I know this sounds odd. But at 260 I used the handicapped ladies restroom stall. Because I needed more space. Even though I'm very slow at losing weight. 55 pounds since November. But the happy part is comfortable in a regular bathroom stall. I know it doesn't sound like much but for me it is one more step
  20. I've been on a stall for over 2 months. And I'm in full panic mode. I feel I'm doing everything wrong
  21. I am a super slow lose too! Nov 26 I was 247. 5 months later I'm 198. My dr said I'm slow. I don't workout due to medical reasons. I work 9 hours a day. I'm 63. I got so upset I quit longing. I eat just about the same things daily. Protein drink with protein powder. Chicken, tuna, I'm just not moving much. I'm sad over it. I guess slow and steady wins the race. I'm slow and stalling all the time. Depressing..
  22. My surgery was 10/26/22 Weight was 247 Cw. 199. I'm not eating much or tracking my intake. I walk about a mile about workout 2 times a week. I'm not losing belly fat at all. I feel I'm doing very poorly.. and all my hair is falling out. I feel like crying all the time it didn't help my mother died a month ago and all I've done was sit.. I'm so sad
  23. Thank you so much for the pick me up! It's been 11 weeks. I thought 4 months almost I guess.
  24. I keep trying but hard to excercise because hip and back. But not losing well.. feeling bummed. Still half cup at a time eating. About 600 calories a day
  25. My surgery was November 26, I've only lost 26 pounds. Been on a stall for 3 weeks! Not one ounce lost. I'm so upset. Actually it showed I gained a pound. I get 90% of my water in and all my protein in. No changes in my measurements either
  26. I didn't know what to expect. I keep getting from all my friends how people they know lost so much more . It was making me second guess everything I was doing. I'm losing slow but not as panicked! Thanks
  27. Me too! I feel like I am failing! I lost 18 pounds in the first 3 weeks.. now I'm at 6 weeks and no more loss but a pound gained! And I am NOT pooping like a champ.
  28. I'm so worried and frustrated.. I am really starting to feel more hungry. I workout 2 times a day 25 minutes each round. I put a pound back on. I feel like I'm doing everything wrong!
