I have had a sore spot on my outer thighs ever since I got home from surgery. It feels like a giant bruise that you cannot see. I asked my surgeon about it and he explained that it is NEUROPRAXIA.
I’d been walking (more or less) 5 minutes every hour since surgery on 4/20. Yesterday I was busy with work, so I didn’t quite make it hourly. However, I did increase my time in the walks that I did take; 10 minutes up the ramp of my parking garage to the top floor (one floor up.)
