  2. Ok.. well according to my nutritionist at my surgeons office I saw today 6/23/2023. There is a pouch reset and I will be starting this on Sunday.. just like how you did it before surgery and after surgery .. it shocks you stomach to have that full feel again .: I will let you know how it goes

  6. The pouch reset if you google it It tricks your stomach Your pretty much day 1 clear liquids day 2 full liquids etc My nutritionist told me about and I am starting it tomorrow.. did my shopping today .. got my isopure and PB2 and everything else needed .. ready to get this stomach in shock lol

  8. The pouch reset is not a crash diet like everyone thinks .. it’s just like what you had to do pre and post op Your tricking your stomach to reset back to after surgery ..
  9. Be patient... don’t rush the process.. follow everything to a tee... I am 5 yrs post op and I lost my weight wayyyyyyyy to fast and wish I lost it slower ...
