Has anyone had their pouch reset and if so what was your experience?

    If I were going to do it, this is the way I would do it. Doc knows you and your surgery. If anyone can make it work, it's the Doc. Way to go! Tek

I don't really know if it's actually possible to 'reset' a pouch. I'm sure people will swear that it helped them and I doubt we'll hear from those that it didn't because their no longer about.

But, BariatricPal has a program, so it must work, right?

Thanks a lot for the quick response. I actually have an appt. with my doctor next week regarding the reset. It can be done over a period of 2 weeks with protein shakes only he said or surgically. I will repost the outcome when i am done.

I did it, after the covid 19 pandemic started I lost track of everything and gained 20lbs, clothes didn’t fit I was starting to go back to my old ways, so I decided to get back in track cut all the carbs started weighting my food and substituted dinner for protein shakes started doing exercise and after two month I lost 25 pounds and I get full with 5 oz of food

Sleeve and pouch are used interchangeably.

The pouch reset if you google it
It tricks your stomach
Your pretty much day 1 clear liquids day 2 full liquids etc
My nutritionist told me about and I am starting it tomorrow..
did my shopping today .. got my isopure and PB2 and everything else needed .. ready to get this stomach in shock lol
