Reset

Trying a reset this week. Today is my second day, and I know that I have gone to the restroom at least 10 times since I started.

Breakfast: Premier Cafe Latte

Lunch: Premier high protein chocolate shake

Dinner: protein and 4 oz non starchy veggies

Snacks: sugar free jello and sugar free Popsicles

Which one of these is the culprit? ?

You're right! Today my rings were looser on my fingers, and I know I haven't lost that fast! I wish! Thanks.
