  9. Congratulations to you, on your upcoming weight loss surgery.
  10. Congratulations! How are you doing up to this point? I know you are living life to the fullest!????
  11. I would go with The Bypass or DS, several people with the sleeve usually end up getting revisions. Good luck to you! Get a few consults with surgeons.
  12. I took Paxlovid two out of the 3 times I had covid. It helped tremendously, I took whole pills, no problem.
  13. I'd like to suggest you try Alkaline water. I had a hard time with water, my surgeon suggested Alkaline water which goes down very smoothly. I also do better adding Crystal Light or any other sugar free flavoring. I now also drink Purified water with no problem. I can't tolerate Spring water. Good luck to you on your journey! Side note, I lost inches first, the number on the scale has been moving very slow. ?

  15. All surgeons are different. Mine encouraged me to 80-100 grams of protein a day. I had a Gastric Bypass [emoji1745]

  22. I had bypass on November 3 and it's very uncomfortable to sit down and stand up. Or to get up from laying down. I only have Tylenol which hasn't helped me much. I do have a binder but I didn't think it helped much.
  23. There are low carb breads you can try. Carb smart and Sola are two brands available in most grocery stores
  24. I had my Bypass on November 3, the date changed on me several times. I'm finally made it to the losers club. They only give Tylenol at my hospital for pain. Sitting and standing up is the painful part. My blood sugar levels are already in the normal range. I'll be discharged tomorrow morning at 7:00 am
