  1. Wow!!! Congratulations!!!
  2. ChubRub replied to reedkib's topic in The Lounge
    Gorgeous!!!
  3. Do you mind sharing the name of the doctor with the great arm lift results? I might want an arm lift in the future! Thanks!
  4. Best of luck to you!! I lost 12lbs on the pre-op which was a nice jump start heading into surgery. You can do it!!
  5. My fave puree was ricotta cheese. Made it "sweet" by adding a little vanilla extract, made it "savory" with some tomato sauce and baked it. I still eat it pretty often!
  6. That seems very strict to me. I would talk to the surgeon about it. I would think the meds rxed upon discharge should depend on how you are doing while you are still in the hospital. I was sent home with 5 days of Percocet, and it was the perfect amount to keep me comfortable. I think I would have had more pain if I was only on OTC tylenol at that point
  7. Woo Hoo!!! Congratulations!!!!!!!!!
  8. Congratulations!!!!! So happy for you!!!
  9. My faves are Core Power Strawberry Banana and Premier Protein Peach. Ensure mixed berry is pretty good too. Treat yourself to a variety of flavors and see which you like best!!
  10. I take the BariActiv vitamins that I get with my Nascobal prescription.
  11. I weigh myself at least 4 times a day. I like to see what I weigh before/after peeing and pooping too! It's a fun hobby!
  12. It's so exciting to begin the process!! Good luck with consult #3. Can't wait to hear all about it, and what you ultimately decide is best for you!
  13. Hope your recovery is still going well, and you feel a little bit stronger each day!! It's a good time to stay inside with the rising Covid cases in FL!!!
  14. The recovery from the surgery will be more about fatigue than pain. I was sore for a few days, but needed multiple naps per day for 2 months! All worth it of course! Best decision I ever made!
  15. Losing 1lb per day is pretty awesome!!
  16. Welcome the the board, and best of luck with your WLS!!
  17. Woo Hoo!!! Congratulations!!!
  18. Welcome Home!!! Thanks for the education on fajas!! I know my surgeon starts us in a binder for the first week, so I may wait until after surgery to order a faja on based on my new measurements. You feel up to sharing before/after pics? No worries, if you don't feel comfortable sharing though!!
  19. @Darktowerdream Hope you made it home safely, and are resting well!
  20. Hello and Welcome!! Wow on those photos!! Congrats on your transformation!!!
  21. I just wanted to say Welcome to the board and best of luck to you!!!
  22. What she said!!!
  23. I haven't it goal yet, and I'm scheduled for January too! Gives me something to look forward to, and is definitely motivating to hit goal before Winter! I would definitely look at before/afters, and as far as questions, find out what BMI the doc wants you at, can you do multiple procedures at once , and if not, what the recommended order would be. Also why kind of tummy tuck is recommended: regular, ETT, CTT, etc. Is MR and lipo to the flanks included with the TT. Good luck!!!
  24. My fave shakes are Premier Protein Peach, Fairlife Core Power Strawberry Banana, Vanillia, and Chocolate. All can be bought on Amazon! Send hubby to the store for some sugar free jello and sugar free popsicles too!
  25. This isn't "my" thread. it's a thread for ALL of us, and I LOVE reading your updates, so please keep them coming!! Have a safe flight home, and continue to rest and mend! Hopefully you can prop yourself up on enough pillow to mimic an anti-gravity chair! Please keep us updated and let us know how the flight went!!
