  10. So at the beginning of this whole journey the only person who has always been behind me is my husband. No he is acting like I can not do anything, cook, wash clothes, wash dishes. If I try to walk to long in his eyes he is telling me to lay down. Of that's not enough now I have my mother who questioned the way, made little remarks about my weight now wanting to come take care of me. Not only does she want to come stay with me she wants to bring my two youngest nicece too. Which are 3 and 5. It's not some vacation from work for a family get together, I'm recovering over here. Just find it funny now that I am accomplishing what I set out to do now everyone is all of a sudden on mine and husband side.
  11. I do have trouble, had my sleeve done on 3/20. Yesterday I started making in protein and it worked. I start my day with a 16 oz water and I freeze the protein in ice trays that equal up to 80 grams. I eat the and ice all day long. It worked but today is just the second day I'm doing it. Hope that helps

  21. Great thread!!! My goal is to be at least moving around as my surgery is in the morning.
  22. I make everything the night before. I fill out the food logs and make sure I do not take any money to go out to buy something else while at work. For water I have a water bottle that's 32 ounces, or I measure it by the 16 ounce water bottle.
