How did anyone do this??. Just a few sips and I'm full. I don't want to mess this up and still trying to get down the last of this 36 oz that I started this morning.

How far post op are you? It is difficult to get that amount in at first, but it is doable. You just have to constantly sip all day.

I had a really hard time at first too and I didn't nearly get even 12oz down it would feel like a lump in my throat every time I would take a sip I'm only 12 days post op now and am now able to get all my liquid in most of the time and able to take a normal drink it'll get easier every day

Its definitely a challenge for me as well. I am 11 days post op. I can drink my protein shakes easier than water.

I'm 2 days post op.

I'm 3 months out and still have a hard time getting my water in.?

I am 14 days post op. I’m drinking a lot. Like 60oz.

I’m almost 3 days post op. I’m having problems too. I made
popsicles while on pre-op diet out of my protein water but they are only 4 oz a piece and I only could get two down yesterday.

It gets easier! I've found that if I add something to my water (crystal light, etc) I can drink it much easier. This was a weird development for me because I've always liked water & been a big water drinker. But hey....whatever works!
