  2. They gave me a list of dates, I just picked the one that worked for me.
  3. Congrats on not needing pain meds. I still ache all the time and getting up and down is a chore on that big incision. Not having pressure, just no urge to drink. I'm forcing myself it feels like.
  4. I was fairly lucky, I havent had the gas pains. It's all incision pain. I have been taking my pills ground up with apple sauce. That is the only problem I have, the taste is so bad it almost comes back up.

  6. I was released from the hospital yesterday, after one night in hospital. what did you eat your first day? And how much water did you drink? Did you start off with your 60oz of water right away? I have no feeling to eat which is so unreal.
  7. I'm going home. I could of stayed a second night in the hospital but I have done everything the asked of me. The pain is manageable with pain meds. I need a popsicle [emoji16]
  8. I'm officially on the losers bench. I had the gastric sleeve. This morning the just had me drink some water and I tolerated it ok. So now I'm on Juice. If that is ok. I get to have coffee or tea. The pain is a little worse then I thought. But since I can now swallow things I had oral pain meds. The IV pain meds didnt work as long.
  9. Havent had gas pains. But my big incision is killing me any time I move. I did make one loop walking the floor. Going to walk again. No fluids today, tomorrow the surgeon wants to see me before I statt.
  10. I just quoted my same post. Those must be some good drugs.
  11. Where in Chicago are you?
  12. The 3 pounds you gained could be muscle. Muscle weights more then fat. I wouldn't sweat it.
  13. Today is surgery day. I will be on the losers bench in a few short hours. Currently in the Hospital. Waiting to be checked in. Then I get my Bling (my band). Excited and nervous and just plain happy.
