  1. 2 months out and I'm still experiencing problem here and there. I take the smooth move tea and that helps out.
  2. Lied about the amount and type of protein in each serving.
  3. Sleeved Oct 2nd. Was 228lbs the day of surgery, now 192 lbs. I have a similar pattern to the above poster, i will see no weight loss for about a week and then drop 2-4 pounds overnight
  4. I have never had a stomach binder but wear a lot of compression gear, which I think has a similar concept. It does help me feel more secure and it prevent chafing while at the gym. It also helps keep me warm!
  5. I don't think it's possible or at least it's not done the same way. Whenever I press down and "hold" the text , I just get the android message of asking me if I want to copy the text.
  6. I was never really into eating meat even before surgery so maybe that is also my problem? I've tried pork, chicken, turkey, and beef. After two bites, I start to feel uncomfortable and stop eating. Tofu, beans, cheese, and protein bars seem to go down a lot easier.
  7. Do you know if it's possible to do within the android app?
  8. The premier protein bars have 30 grams of protein in them but usually have around 280 calories, i think? They're huge though and keep me full for hours. Sometimes I can't even finish the whole thing in one sitting. I think they taste decently.
  9. I was given a little plastic card that I keep in my wallet that says that I had bariatric surgery and they should call my surgeon's office before performing certain procedures.
  10. Sugar free popsicles, flavored protein drinks like protein2o and premier, hot chocolate, decaf tea/coffee, fairlife milk
  11. You could do Tylenol
  12. Lol I dont think I understood any of that
  13. Congratulations on quitting smoking for almost 3 years btw
  14. No NSAIDS after surgery
  15. Where do you see 40 percent off coupon? No, I have not tried the premier protein yet.
  16. Right now I'm seeing 24 bucks for a 12 pack. I didnt know they had lemonade flavor! I now need to find this in a store
  17. I've had this too. I think its because I have been sleeping worse and more since surgery. Dreams are associated with a shallower sleep phase.
  18. Over 2 months post op and meat is still the hardest thing for me to get down.
  19. Yes, I was referring to weed. Although I dont recommend smoking cigs right after surgery either. If you OD-ed on pills before, I think you should definitely try to stay away from all pain meds if you can after surgery. Make sure to be totally upfront and honest with them about your past history.
  20. Just remember that it does get easier after surgery!
  21. Yep, the slime is definitely way worse when you dont shake it. I've done it before. Yeah, the vitamin shoppe has them too! Walmart is the cheapest though. I've also gotten them from Sam's club, who sells a variety pack.
  22. Sorry I tried to attach the photo above
  23. I got all my flavors from Walmart. Maybe check back at a different time or go to a different store? I've gotten grape, mixed berry, and the coconut. Grape is the beat imo.
