Are you limiting yourself to 64 oz? You can drink more if you can handle it, just don't gulp. I was over 80 oz. at a week and drink way more than 100 every day now.

I am drinking about 40 to 50 oz a day due to my ulcer, but none of my labs indicate dehydration, but my mouth is dry nonstop. NON.STOP. It is actually driving me nuts. I think it's dry mouth and not thirst. Biotene helps a bit. If it continues by my next surgeon appt, I'm going to ask and will keep you posted.

I think ketosis can cause dry mouth.

Sip every few minutes. It’s hard to continually drink for me as I used to be a gulper. Some days I feel focused only on hydration and end up cutting back on protein. Stop drinking 30 minutes prior to eating, 30 minutes to eat and 30 minutes wait after eating, heck that’s 4.5 hours a day of ZERO hydration which is tough. I switched up to some crystal light and it helped to drink more so try switching up flavors. Also broth is a liquid which counts.

Fellow Ketonian here...get some of this https://amzn.to/2zR69aF It's liquid electrolytes. Put it in whatever you're drinking. Also, if you can stomach it, see if you can take a sip of pickle juice. That's FULL of electrolytes.
