CPAP Compliance- possibly switch Surgeons
Yap, RickM is absolutely right about liability and coding. I was diagnosed with OSA as one of my comorbidities and on my preregistration for surgery form checked that i have sleep apnea. I was told to get CPAP or no surgery. I was hysterical and running out of time. My WLS program helped me to get APAP before surgery.

Fitbit or Samsung gear fit
https://www.androidcentral.com/samsung-gear-fit2-pro-vs-fitbit-charge-3?amp#referrer=https://www.google.com Fitbit Charge 2 might be better imho. It's battery lasts much longer, it costs less money. Good luck choosing the one you like.

Fitbit or Samsung gear fit
I've got Fitbit Inspire HR. It has all functions of Fitbit Charge 3 but costs $50 less. It tracks everything you mentioned, including sleep. It shows texts messages, emails and notifications from my calendar. Doesn't play music. I read about it here on BP, bought 2 weeks ago and love it!

anastomosis erosion
Marginal ulcers at the gastrojejunal anastomosis are a rare and serious post-operative complication of RNY gastric bypass seen in 0.3 - 1.5% patients. Ulcers are produced as a result of partial erosion of the jejunal or gastric mucosa caused by acidic stomach secretions. This is most commonly due to an incomplete staple line on the gastric pouch or tension placed on the anastomosis, although the exact etiology remains unclear. The incidence of marginal ulcer is said to be exacerbated by risk factors such as smoking, alcohol intake and steroid use. Info from Google.
