  1. No, I hadn't. I'll have to check it out. Although, it'll be hard to pull me away from Wesley Snipes ?
  2. Omgosh, you're the first person I'd enjoy going to the movies with. (If something doesn't blow up in the first 5 minutes, you've lost me!) Although, when it comes to Marvel, I'm a Blade girl, all the way!
  3. People - Family, of course. BFF. Friends I've made here that truly understand the process we're going through.
  4. Welcome! I've found this site to be very friendly and supportive! Wishing you a speedy recovery!

It's predicted to hit here between 10-11 am. Brrrrrr!
  6. #10 Childhood - growing up around my cousins. (24 first cousins, don't even know how many second cousins!) I have so many good memories of them! My siblings missed out on a lot of that because we moved to Texas when I was 12 and my siblings are all younger than me. #11 Movie - the Harry Potter series because I have so many wonderful memories of watching them with my kids.
  7. @Alex Brecher I think this is a great idea! What do you think?
  8. Best wishes for a smooth surgery and a speedy recovery. Advice - don't compare yourself with others. You may lose faster, you may lose slower. But we all run our own race and it's a marathon. If you don't have a lot of support at home, come on here. The community is very friendly and supportive.
  9. That's interesting. No, I've not had that problem.
  10. Nerves in your skin get cut when they make the incisions. They are regrowing. (I'm sure there's a better medical term for this, but you get the idea)
  11. Just a little eye-candy ?
  12. I'm sure it all depends on the length of the flight. Many people fly home from their surgery in Mexico after a few days.
  13. Congrats on the 40 mile ride, though!
  14. My hubby has overall been great. He really wants to be "Mr. Helper" and with all the complications, he's had ample opportunity!
  15. Happy Surgiversary! You are such a positive influencer! I feel privileged to have shared in your journey!

    Your seamstress does superb work!
  18. I like the deluxe chocolate. I got these at Walmart.com. I was just in the store and they're still stocking the 20g ones
  19. Me, too. I don't even know how many times I've re-read them. Which is your favorite? Mine is the first. The wonder of him finding a whole new reality was so well done.
  20. I just downloaded it. Thanks!
