I will be 5 months and started my Hair loss at 3 1/2 to 4 month out but holly hairloss. I have already cut my hair shorter,but still tons and tons gone everyday thinning out big time. I take my Vitamins, i can't take Biotin since I have typhoid issue. Just would like to know how loss did you experience the hair loss? I do you know something that really works?

July 25 and down 36 pound. I am a slow loser but i am ok with that, as long as I lose. I can eat everything but very little so i really just stick to only Protein. No more pressure meds, but really need to start with more exercise rather than just walking.

I could lose more, need to start doing exercise. But I am at the stall everyone talks about. The good think no more high blood pressure meds, and feeling great. You are in good hands, the hard part is getting ready for surgery, and nerves. But after that it has been great. Good luck.

In total so far 37 pounds I am a slow loser but I am ok with that. I eat small meals about 4oz and that's it. but I have had chocolate and no dumping. The only restriction is I get full quickly, so at this time I only eat Protein. Good luck, keep me updated and if you have any question I am here.

I had my surgery back in July and everything went perfect, 1 night stay at hospital, only took pain meds for 2 day after i got home just to sleep and back to work 1 week after. I have no issue, no dumping etc.. the only thing is that everything at the beginning taste different. I purchase a ton of sugar free puddings, Jello, popsicles amd even the Vitamins and could and still can not stand them to sweet for me. Good luck message me if you have any questions

I had Dr.Matei had my surgery back in July 25. Everything went perfect stayed in the hospital 1 night. Went home had pain the first 2 night I only took my pain med before going to bed. Was back at work 1 week after no problems since. Good luck

Had the sleeve on July 25. I am following the program and still on soft food for another month. But I am always hungry and its not in my head. I am really looking at making sure I have no liquids after eating, but doesn't seem to work. Has any one experience this and what can I do.

I purchase several different chewable Vitamin and they all have made me very nauseous. So my dr said i can start taking Centrum, plus b1, B12 and Calcium which i have the chewable which those i could stand. I just started taking my synthroid pill it is small but have not any problems. I hope i can tale regular pills.

Just had the sleeve in July and was back at work 1 after. The first 3 to 4 days are the hardest. But in also have a desk job, not a problem.

I did the same but I am only 11 day out still on liquids moving to puree Wednesday finally a little food. My life is premier shake. To have fish again yummy.

All plans are different I am 10 day post op and still on liquids phase 2 but on phase 3 14 to 20 day after surgery we can have chopped shrimp salad. I am also with you because I am a big seafood eater. I just hope my taste buds still like it, my taste buds have changed some of the stuff like yogurt and Jello now I can not stand.

Omg I can wait til next week so over soups.. Planning my lunch and dinner for next when phase 3 days 14 to 20. tuna, egg and shrimp salad. Refried beans.. cottage cheese baked ricotta or my dreams will soon be hear. 7 more days.

I completely understand came to get some Protein Water at and they have a 1/2 of row just for all Protein Shakes Snacks etc. Have not seen that before. Or more like it never noticed it.

Just had my surgery last week and just wanted to see what is you daily food and liquid intake? Not sure if I am eating enough, i know it hard to get 64 oz of Water a day. So just looking for input and advice. Thanks
