Arm Lift Experiences?
I've 95% decided against an arm lift for now. I am going to get more plastics, and was considering an arm lift as an add on procedure. The incremental cost is so much lower then a stand alone surgery. But between the scars and extending and contemplating the recovery, I don't think it's worth it to me right now. Who knows, I could change my mind again before the surgery actually happens!

Arm Lift Experiences?
I'm not at all woo-woo-y ?. I think I'm more self conscience about the scars, then my skin? Even if I heal well it will be a year they will be quite visible at least, and will always be somewhat. The further out I get from WLS the fewer people knew fat me. So my arms current arms might be written off to age, but a surgical scar might make people wonder. Your arms do look fantastic, which of course makes it harder for me to decide

My LBL did wonders on my thighs. Not perfect, but I'm also glad I didn't get a thigh lift

In the very first post @GreenTealael laid out the intent of this thread "Like weight loss before and after photos but of your new diet ! I'm especially interested in before and after meal photos (take a pic at the point you feel restriction) but it can be of recipe substitutions, your refrigerator/pantry/shopping cart/etc" If a more narrowly focused thread is of interest to you, they exist or you can create a new one.

Ahhh ... miss you too @Sophie7713! Isn't quarantine life odd? I went from constant work travel to constant stay at home-ness. I miss my old life, but it has given an opportunity to deepen relationships that wouldn't have been possible otherwise. My bf and I are half way moved in together, but still have our own closet space ?. I'm also seeing close family much more frequently. During the first weeks of lockdown I started doing meal preps for some of them, because groceries were hard to come by. I've continued it because I enjoy it, and it helps out financially and/or they just like my cooking better than their own ? Typical of my twice weekly preps: But it's probably not a coincidence they've all recently gone on some kind of diet. My baking was probably to blame. Maybe my roll phase in particular, cinnamon rolls, orange rolls, salami rolls, coconut rolls ?

Owned by the same family, but their parent companies split (not amicably) decades ago, became Aldi Sud & Aldi Nord. The operations of Trader Joe's & Aldi in the US are completely separate. Any overlap of products is a function of the private label industry vs. coordination. For example store brand hummus is likely to be either Tribe or Sabra. For most grocery categories there are a limited number of manufactures who have the scale to make private label in the quantities and at the price necessary. https://www.producebluebook.com/2019/07/19/aldi-and-trader-joes-are-they-related/# Way more info then I'm sure anyone wanted ? Oh, and the Everything But The Bagel is $1.95 at my local Aldi. I have found that similar or identical items are always a bit cheaper at Aldi vs. TJ's

Thank you for the pics, your arms look great. Yes, this is my concern.

Arm Lift Experiences?
There is a crescent lift technique for arm lift, that only leaves a small scar in the arm pit area. When I was doing consults for my LBL I inquired about it. I was told that I wasn't a good candidate. It only works for people with very little extra skin, and only if it is primarily located on the upper part of the arm.

Arm Lift Experiences?
Thanks @catwoman I don't think my arms are totally awful. The bat wing part isn't a major concern, because I rarely raise my arms like that. It's the draping when wearing short sleeves that I'm self conscience about. So you can't see your scars in just everyday movements?

I have been totally MIA as of late! So much delicious looking food, but @Sophie7713 you're really bringing it! Quarantine has brought out the best in your cooking and food styling. I want to eat it all up ?

Did you see big changes after 3 months?
I'm 7 months post op from my lower body lift and still have significant swelling on my stomach I'm the same as @ms.sss "Its not so bad when you look at me straight on, but from the side you can def see the bump" I've had no issues with skin folds or puckering though, so unsure how those will resolve.

Arm Lift Experiences?
I am seriously considering round 2 of plastic surgery! ? I'm interested in an arm lift. But I am hesitating over the scars and the healing/recovery process. I'd love more insight from those who have gone through this already. I know recently there has been @ms.sss, @rs, @mousecat88, but I know there are more! Experiences and pics would be much appreciated!

Surgeons?!?
I’m third-ing Miami if having the curvy look is your priority. Butt implants are pretty specialized. Its my next planned surgery. My initial research has narrowed it down to a couple of surgeons in LA and one in Chicago. But I haven’t dug in as deeply yet to find “the one” ?

Oh, Just Another Plastics Story pt 2

Of solid food, yeah, it's about 4 oz., like a frozen burrito or Taco Bell Taco ? But salad, even by weight, It's like twice as much 8-10 oz. So weird!
