Has anyone else started there liquid diets yet? I have a 10 day liquid diet which started today

Okay so this is probably a dumb question but I don't care. My hair needs to be done. And by that I mean cut & foiled. I was wanting to wait and do it after surgery. But I worry about the hair loss. Should quick get it done before my surgery or is it better to wait and do it after?

They actually didn't close the first day but I kept my kids home anyways. Then on Tuesday they did close. They should have been closed Monday too. It was such a mess for the poor kids that did go to school.

It took us awhile to get to that place. At first she was very adamant that she was not changing with me. But as the last few months have progressed and she's been gaining I've been doing low carb. Are you a lost maker? Or is it easier for you to just go by the flow? I have realized I need lists and calendars that I check daily. And I think this will come more into play once I'm meal planning and tracking eating. Anything you have found helpful as far as apps on your phone. Do you just stick to paper? Any tips?
