The silverware looks good. I actually just bought toddler silverware and bowls. I also use the tea plates rather than a normal sized plate. It's all worked well for me after surgery.

Replacing Premier
After surgery the Premier Protein shakes have been a bit heavy and my stomach doesn't sit well with all the dairy. Well I found these GNC Total Lean Shakes so far I've tried shamrock cream and banana and they are amazing. The shamrock one seriously tastes like a shamrock shake. I love them!!

Running
How many people are now running since wls? I currently am walking but really would like to work up to running. Programs are plans you suggest that will take you from walking to running. I would like to do a 5k at some point. Any tips at all would be appreciated. Sent from my SM-J727T1 using BariatricPal mobile app

First NSV and always comes bad with the good
So today I had my first NSV today! I was getting ready to go to the Drs and I just randomly grabbed some jeans. They were not my normal size they were a size down from that and they fit perfect even with a bit of room! I was so excited. So the bad was that I was putting on said jeans yo be tested for the flu. And of course I have the flu and am starting tamilu .one. day. all. The. Things. Will. go.right. I seriously want to hit the gym now. But I feel like I've been hit with a truck full of bricks. I want normalcy.lol Sent from my SM-J727T1 using BariatricPal mobile app

Recipes, tracking apps
That's great you are almost there! I was on clears for a week and now am on full liquids for two weeks. I had tomato bisque last night. This morning I had chocolate malt o meal. I'll admit when thinking about it I didn't think it would do anything for me. But after 1 tbsp I am Full! And that fullness is staying with me much longer than I thought it would. My kids are laughing at me with my baby spoons and baby bowls! Sent from my SM-J727T1 using BariatricPal mobile app

Recipes, tracking apps
So I had surgery on 2/9 was on clears that week. Today I got moved to full liquid. Did any of you get creative and do any recipes. And at what stage can we do the ricotta bake? I have noticed my clinic prolongs our stages much longer than other clinics. Oh and last question which app is better for tracking myfitnesspal or baritastic? Pre op diet question
My doc pushes dairy. It drives me crazy. They tell me to drink milk when I am feeling hungry on the pre-op. Pfft my stomach does not agree with any dairy. Each dr is different I would check with yours.

Nauseous liquid diet
Anyone else get sick on the pre op liquid diet? I have been on the liquid diet since weds. Then this morning I had half a protein drink and some broth. I threw up all the broth. Is this normal? I don't feel sick like a stomach bug or anything. I feel like my body is just pissed at me for not eating.. Sent from my SM-J727T1 using BariatricPal mobile app
