Feb. 14, 2018 Sleevers

Anyone having their sleeves being done on Feb.14,2018? Are you nervous? I'm guessing I would have to start my 14-day pre-op diet at the end of the month on the 31st? I also have about 3 pre-op appointments to go to... I'm thinking about taking 11 days off.. Would that be enough or too many days off?.. hmmm...

My surgery date is February 12th. I see my surgeon on Feb 1 and he should tell me when I'll be starting my pre-op diet. Last time I met with him he told me I was fine as far as weight loss.

I still have yet to decide how many days I will take off. I have my pre-op diet paper already, I think I’m supposed to start on the 31st.

I'm RNY, not sleeve, but I'm 2/15 :) I told my husband we'll have to have a romantic protein shake dinner the night before since it's Valentine's Day  I think I might also treat myself to a massage or something relaxing!

Congrats all my buddies- February is your month of rebirth. Little Green have a Strawberry and Cream protein shake in honor of Valentine's Day and yourself. Hopefully, the next month,I'll,be joining you on the RnY losers bench. Still haven't heard back from my verdompt surgeon's office but maybe today will be the day!

I am 15th Feb :-) can’t wait. We should keep each other updated with progress. I would love to stay in touch with people having surgery on or near the same date. X

Is there a way on here to create a chat group for people with the same surgery date? It would be comforting to know I have a group of buddies I can chat to who are going through the same thing at the same time.x

I'm not sure. You can probably create a thread for it.
