  4. Thank you for the advice! I'm freaking out, because I don't want them to take this away from me.
  5. Sure thing! How are you doing on your pre-op diet?
  6. I'm not sure. You can probably create a thread for it.
  7. Yes, I'm so excited! This date is a date I will forever remember!
  8. Good evening, Pals, so I have a HUGE problem! Tomorrow is my pre-op appointment with the doctor (02.09.18), and I just started my period today (02.08.28) I have surgery on the 14th of February. I'm so nervous that all my hard work will be in vain if the scale says I'm up. I've lost 5+ lbs on the 2 week diet and if the scale says otherwise, I'm going to be pissed. What are your takes on it? Will they say something?

  11. That’s still a wonderful and big decision that she choose to do. Congrats to you two. Keep me updated on your VSG surgery, I would love to hear how it goes!
  12. How are you doing with your weight loss journey? My partner and I are going through the process except she had to take her nutrition classes over due to weight gain. My surgery date is Feb. 14, 2018.

  19. I still have yet to decide how many days I will take off. I have my pre-op diet paper already, I think I’m supposed to start on the 31st.

  22. Anyone having their sleeves being done on Feb.14,2018? Are you nervous? I'm guessing I would have to start my 14-day pre-op diet at the end of the month on the 31st? I also have about 3 pre-op appointments to go to... I'm thinking about taking 11 days off.. Would that be enough or too many days off?.. hmmm...

  25. Congrats on your surgery! Wow that's crazy, you didn't have a core mobility? Do you have a YouTube or weight loss Instagram?
  26. How is the pre-op diet going? I'm going all the appointments now. My BMI is almost 50 which is crazy, I want to start the shakes and following the meal plan they've given me but I'm trying to make sure it's not too much. Congrats your halfway through to joining the Losers Bench!
