  1. chicken parm in crockpot and zoodles! The whole family liked it. I ate all but about half the zoodles were left.
  2. I am in MN as well. There are certain fair foods I have tried. They were mostly protein. That way you don’t have to miss going to the fair and go with a group if you need a taste just take a bite of a friends food. My nurse is all about not depriving yourself. I eat healthy 98% of the time!!
  3. I am on prozac have been for years and it never caused weight gain for me.
  4. That is crazy that they told you not to take them!! I had my surgery and the next day the hospital made sure I could take my mental health meds. I think you should reconsider staying on them!
  5. I didn’t I found work to be a good distraction from not being able to eat.

  8. I am chopping my hair off tomorrow. I haven’t had short hair in 20 years I will probably cry!
  9. I have been taking them the whole time and they had me take my next dose the day after surgery.
  10. Yes I have been thinking about this. As I approach my goal weight I know I am not done and want to lose more. My original goal was 140 but I am almost there and not satisfied.

  14. So I know this is dumb but I’m pretty sure I spotted collar bones in a pic from last weekends girls getaway!! Also I am ok being pictured in a bathing suit!!
  15. Where in Wisconsin are you? I am about 10 minutes from Hudson. But we go to cabins in WI all summer long!
  16. My hair loss started around month three and is still going strong :-( Luckily I have very thick hair.
  17. People at my work didn't notice until I had dropped about 60lbs. I work from home and go into the office about once a month. The last two months I went in people really noticed! Everyone at work was super positive about it which is great.
  18. Yep I use compression tank tops! Walmart actually carries my favorite ones.
  19. I am very happy that I had surgery! My recovery was easy compared to other surgeries I have had! I am losing weight and feel better than I have in years!
  20. I have a few go to snacks. Celery and Peanut Butter String Cheese Turkey Pepperoni (If you put it in the oven for a few minutes it crisps up like a chip) Parmesan Whisps Greek Yougurt
  21. This was tonight’s dinner. They are bacon wrapped chicken breasts stuffed with veggies and cheese. I started with half of one and of course couldn’t finish. It was so good though.
  22. Yay! First couple of weeks can be a struggle but it gets easier.

  24. I still drink 1 protein drink everyday! Without it I don't think I could get all my protein in. I had surgery 02/09/18. I drink roughly 64-80 ozs of fluid a day. It is equally split between powerade zero and water. The more water I drink it seems the better I feel and the more weight I lose..
