Replacing Premier

After surgery the Premier Protein shakes have been a bit heavy and my stomach doesn't sit well with all the dairy. Well I found these GNC Total Lean Shakes so far I've tried shamrock cream and banana and they are amazing. The shamrock one seriously tastes like a shamrock shake. I love them!!20180228_205458.jpg

How does Premier Protein's price compare to the Total Lean Shakes?

I looked on GNC's website they are about double the price :51_scream:

17 grams of carbs is a lot of carbs... if you're doing low carb.

Are they 100% whey protein? Mine need to be. GNC makes a 100% whey protein powder, 2 grams of sugar per serving, and it's about $25 for 50 servings.

It's kind of a pain to not be able to do premixed shakes any more, but they do taste good, and I know I'm not consuming shelf-stable milk, so that's nice.

It looks like there is only 6 grams of carbs. 20180302_124108.jpg

My bad. I think I clicked onto the nutrition label for the powdered version by mistake. The one in the bottle does indeed seem to be just 6 grams of carbs.

That's not so bad.
