Whwn did you decide to get a New license or ID and passport or work badges? I'm just wondering what is normal time frame since your generally still losing some weight? Oh and wedding ring I wear a 6 1/2 but am worried it will go down. How many sizes did your ring need to go down. And just one more because I have insomnia. How many sizes did you shoes change?

My new surgery day is 2/9 I am looking for some surgery buddies with close dates. I am also wanting to find maybe a mentor some on who has already been through everything and can talk me off of the ledge so yo speak. My surgery is now scheduled for 2/09/18. I am beyond ready for it. I was originally scheduled for today 1/18 but got sick and it had to be rescheduled.

I just talked to them and they won't reschedule my surgery until I see a urologist and get cleared by them. So I'm going to see my regular dr tomorrow and getting a referral to urology. I was so close. But I know probably better than anyone that I need to be in good health before my surgery. I've had an episode after a surgery before that my body went into septic shock. So I am starting my liquid diet in a few days. My clinic has us do a 10 day liquid diet. My surgery is on January 18. I am a bit worried about being able to stick with it. Do you have any tips or tricks that helped you be successful?

My surgery is exactly a month from today. I have stocked up on some protein drinks. I am waiting to buy my broth, Popsicle, and jello when I start my pre-op diet. And I am not buying to much because I have heard that your taste buds change and I don't want to waste my money! I made my pre-op appt with my regular dr. I am staying away from horror stories about this surgery because my anxiety is already through the roof. Just getting all my ducks in a row..

So I was able to file for my STD/FMLA today. Its getting closer! I am about a month away from surgery. To be honest my nerves are starting to get to me..

See now you have me wondering and thinking that I need an instant pot. I use my crock pot at least 3 times a week. I work a split shift from home so even though I can't eat dinner with the kids they still have dinner. lol Why do I need an instant pot. And I think you should get both btw I will sign the letter.

Okay I love my airfryer. Now I got the huge one because well family of four over here. lol I actually was able to purchase it from my work with a pretty decent discount and have had it for over a year. I love the thing there is so much you can do with it. Chicken wings are my favorite out of it!! And it has a rack that came with it so I can even cook meats in there. I dont think it tastes exactly like deep fryed stuff but its damn close and with surgery coming up a much healthier option if you crave that crisp!
