  2. Egg White Bites 4 Ways plus I love my silicone bakeware! 4-6 days of breakfast! Plus plain egg white pucks to slice for soup at lunch. Score! Here's the Ham/Cheese one: Here's the Turkey Sausage one: Here's the Veggie one:
  3. Mushrooms. Yesterday I ate 3 of them, but they were really just too much food. So today I had 2 and my tum feels much better for it.
  4. Yesterday, Tuesday, Dec. 3 Maintenance : 5'4" / 21Mo PO RNY / 131.4 lbs B1 Protein latte x 4 (4oz PP) B2 3 Egg white bites (HSF ham, turkey saus, spin, seasoning blend, cauliflower, mushies, salsa, egg white, ps mozz) L Greek salad with cod and grilled shrimp AS Greek yogurt + 2% cottage cheese + WF Apple Butter (LURVE-like cinnamon apple jello) D Grilled salmon + asparagus + avo/tom salad BS 1 sq Lindt 90% chocolate + almonds + green pear Daily Totals: 1272 cals; 113g protein; 71g fat; 39g carbs; 11g fiber; 28g net carbs Super hungry hippo day yesterday. Again with the craving protein. So I listened to my body and ate. Now this morning I am not even ready to think about food. I'm expecting today to be a low food day. I still lost 0.2lbs (insignificant could just be water).
  5. This! I love this one! Also the stress relief! When I feel snacky or feel stressed and anxious, I make myself get up and run for at least 5 minutes! It usually turns to 15 minutes. It seriously puts me in the moment, I can process things calmly cuz I'm exerting myself and I'm also deep breathing and focusing on how much more energy I will have after finishing running. But love thinking what I do today will translate into how I look next month. Pay it forward!
  6. This is AWESOME!! And so true!!! Accountability is what keeps me going. I'm never gonna "lurve" exercising. Kserrynotserry...I wish I was that girl! But there just aren't enough hours in my day. But I made a commitment to walk 8-10K steps every day. And the end. No ifs, ands, or buts. I look it as part of my lifetime prescription to WLS that goes along with my Forever Diet. So to make sure it happens, I decided to get up 45minutes earlier every morning and do a minimum of 30 minutes of hard walking in the morning. Then I can walk in 15 minute bursts during the day or evening. By making it into breakable chunks, it's very easy to do. The payout is that by the time the day gets going, I've primed my metabolism with the cardio. The bonus is that my mind is more focused. I feel motivation to eat right cuz I am doing something healthy for me. And I end up walking more often 45-60 minutes at that time! And then I do some quick push-up/planks against the kitchen counter until my arms are fatigued. And I do calf lifts and leg lifts all in like 5 minutes. So it's done before I get ready for the day! Every day.
  7. We have a cheap small one that's perfect for us. We also use it for SO many things!!! It's totally worth it and I love that I use very little extra fat in it!!
  8. Hahaha! Steal away! BDG Goal. It's a thing. And I'm 57 and on a drug for breast cancer remission that shuts down my hormones into super-menopause. I still have lost about 155lbs. You can do this!
  9. Dang! How'd I miss this thread?!!!
  10. Totally agree with this! The last dang 20lbs have taken close to 9months lol!
  11. Hugs and prayers for a swift decision. Let us know!!!

Love! So fit and trim! Are you still at the top of your window? You honestly look like you're at the bottom of the window!!
  13. Wow! Healing great girl! Look how the fluid has drained from your arms! You are tiny! And the scar is fading nicely. Go natural. Don't try to shave.
  14. I was and am a daily weigher. It keeps me accountable and connected to my data (food log, measurements, activity level, water intake, etc. ) To each his/her own. Do what makes you tick. Weight fluctuates daily. Impossible to determine without knowing more about your food log. Maybe you ate something salty yesterday like broth or V-8? Maybe you drank something that spiked your insulin and that prompted a refuel of your glycogen stores (2-4lbs btw). Some people have dramatic insulin spikes when drinking some brands of protein drinks. I know I did. I do better with a combo of concentrate and isolate rather than the isopure clear (pure isolate) that made me gain 9 lbs of fluid! Also, maybe you slept poorly the last couple of nites? You're about to get to the 3 week stall. It's normal. Relax into it.
  15. Congrats on your great success!!! Yay you!!! I totally understand where you are coming from! I had those feelings too. I was crazy determined though! And I probably drove everyone here nuts! LOL. It's pretty natural. We've had a lifetime (most of us) dealing with the disappointment of "failing the present x-diet we were trying". And each time the pushback metabolically was worse. My doctor first set a goal of 156lbs for me. I thought I'd never see it--even though my goal was 150lbs (what I weighed in high school). But never did I believe I could reach 130lbs. So I made 3 goals and a 4th top secret BDG Goal (Barbie Dream Girl Goal) which I still don't fully believe in. LOL. You can do this. It takes fierce determination and mixing things up and not cheating. It takes doing the headwork and using this time to break up with unhealthy food relationships. If you emotionally eat, fix that now too while you have the honeymoon in your favor. I'm coming up on 21 months right now and I'm still losing when I go back into WLM from maintenance mode. This week I lost about 5lbs of bloat from Fatsgiving. I'm gonna see if I can break the 130lb sound barrier. You can do this! (OH and my doc nor my RD thought I would be able to lose this much weight. My highest was 325lbs and the most recent high was 287lbs.)
  16. Wow! What a great story!! It looks fabulous but the MSG would probably kill me. Makes my heart race. Me=sad monkey
  17. Good luck!!! I didn't know they could go directly from RNY to Sadi! >>>Heading down the rabbit hole to read now!! Congrats on eliminating sources of temptation and working to take the weight off again. It's so hard--especially at our age!
  18. I want to know all about the Crunchy Chili Oil!!!!! And the corned beef patty!
  19. Yes. I used it. But ask your doc to be sure. I went to Amazon and ordered the Gas X strips. Helped a lot! Congrats on your surgery. But agree with @Ividacovich that sipping and walking is the best remedy of all!!
  20. No. That would be highly inappropriate and no doctor would risk their license to willfully disobey standard of care (in the states anyway). It's too hard to get to be a bariatric surgeon.
  21. Well damn! Maybe I'll try 'em and see how it goes today!!
  22. Love shirataki in soups like this!!! So so so good! I was gonna have a salad for lunch, now I want Faux Pho with noodles!!! Maybe tomorrow. For some odd reason, when I eat shirataki noodles I am up a couple pounds the next day. I wonder if they glom onto a ton or water in your bowels? I know glucomannan is super hydroscopic.
  23. I think I was about the same Rick. I started with baby spinach and baby power greens and things like english cucumbers (seedless), avo, tomatoes, purple onion and even red bell pepper. No issues.
