Sending huge hugs and prayers for you two!!! And everyone out there working your keesters off for our benefit and that of our country!!!! And putting yourselves in harms way! ((HUGS))
  4. At 3-4 months, I was 3/8-1/2 cup food. Volume is King. My RD guide was: <1 mo = 1-2 oz = 1/8-1/4 cup (try for 1/8) 1-3 mo = 1/8-1/4 cup (try for 1/8-3/16) 3-6 mo = 1/4 - 1/2 cup (try for 1/4-3/8 cup) 6-12 mo = 1/2-3/4 cup (try for 1/2 cup) 12+ mo = 3/4-1 cup (don't exceed 1 cup for life)
  5. I eat reduced fat cheeses without issue. I have to limit how quantity of full fat cheese or it really get's me. I'm probably only 1 to 1 1/2 oz of full fat cheese at a meal for me and no other fat source lol.
  6. Have I told you lately that I love you? Seriously sparkleheart you. I couldn't have said this better! Gotta go find that group now! I do low carb-low/mod fat, adequate protein with IF. I've lost 155+ lbs with it, and my gallbladder is kinda "tricky". LOL. So if I DO eat high fat, my body hates me for it. You'll do well in my opinion.
  7. They already have that...it's called French Nouvelle Cuisine. Or also "tasting menus". Hehehe. See also, shrimp cocktail...
  8. Try to remain mindful of your choices. Do things to destress and get active. Short breaks walking around your house for 5 minutes. Deep breathing (google Four Square Breathing). Go back to logging EVERY bite. Weigh and measure. Stock up on frozen veggies and meats as they are available. Ditch the pasta if possible. Clean! Get active. Go for walks. Intermittent Fast and go to doing alternating days where you restrict eating to OMAD and limit cals that day to 500. Then you alternate with days that are more normal eating and calories. Oh and if you have 3x3 feet of clear space, you can do Leslie Sansone, Walk Away The Pounds on YouTube. 15minutes = 1 mile! Do it 3-4 times per day and you'll be too pooped to pop! Haha! I'm in maintenance and I still do ADF 3-4 days per week to maintain. Also, I have healthy foods in my freezer, pantry, and fridge. I don't allow the FTMMMO in my house. (FTMMMO=Food That Mad Me Morbidly Obese). We broke up. Hopefully, forevs.
  9. I think someone got it deleted. Hope you go ask the authorities for it back!

  12. Haha! TG you don’t want toilet paper!!! So 2 crackers is close to 14grams so close to 1/2 oz. That 1stpiccy is the one i thought looked like 4 mini crackers. I think i could totally do that for 8g net carbs!!! TY for doin that!!
  13. What does 1 cracker weigh? I have a feeling that each of those is "4 mini squares" or crackers. I'm betting it's close to 28g. Just curious. TIA!!!
  14. Sayin prayers it turns out to be an incidental finding too! ((hugs))
  15. Define lesion. I have incidentalomas all over me: liver, adrenals, lungs, etc. But they just watch them and they are nothing. The one on my liver is a cyst about the size of a large grape. They called it a lesion on an U/S.
  16. This is for @ms.sss I give you lunch! Run out to the store and get this stuff STAT!!! Banyan Foods Kim Chi Salsa. Soooo good!!! Today I had it with cottage cheese. #heaven !
  17. It's very soothing isn't it? And the bitterness takes away any random cravings. But the activity is killer helpful!
  18. Fun with Food-on-a-Stick! Caprese Skewers with Balsamic Drizzle. Ate 2 of the 4. Here's the Recipe Link!
  19. I use a "pacifier". I do Happy Color on my phone while watching TV, to keep my hands occupied. And I also allow hot decaff coffee or tea.
  20. I agree. But I would be worried about it. Straight up. No lie. LOL.
  21. There is absolutely zero way to disinfect the hospital completely. If you don't think that's true, then why is MRSA contracted in hospitals continually an issue?
  22. I would talk to your OB/GYN and your surgeon about that issue. None of us are qualified to discuss medicines safe for a baby on board situation. Sorry your tummy is burning, but glad the urps and nausea is leaving! Congrats on 9 weeks!
  23. Good for you. I thought you always did that. I was referring to me having a reference. (And, FYI, I'm pretty happy with my lifestyle as well!)
