  1. I have been doing so much cooking lately so here’s a few meals. Pan seared tilapia, braised kale, masked potatoes, fried maduros, tzimmes. Roasted lamb and potatoes, braised kale, fried maduros, tzimmes. Honey sesame chicken breast, mixed vegetables with quinoa, roasted potatoes. Wholemeal apple and forest fruit hand pie.
  2. I love lipo when done with skin removal. But the surgeon has to be skilled in body/lipo sculpting because there is some art to it. I would not recommend solo lipo unless someone is very young (20’s) or like the ideal candidate (no lose skin, lipodema, asymmetry correction, etc)
  3. No one takes 2 months off maybe 2 weeks. It’s really just the lipo harvesting and fat grafting so no huge incisions to heal. But that being said, you really need to have a viable source of fat to harvest. And it needs to survive so you can’t be in a caloric deficit or actively losing weight. If you’re really lean I believe they still recommend implants instead although I think that’s falling out of fashion too. If you’re really really into fitness, I would suggest transitioning to fitbody/bikini modeling workouts. Those transformations are amazing.
  4. These pics definitely add more context. Good luck and keep us updated!
  5. Ok so it’s not just me, I thought I missed something or the perspective was off.
  6. It was so long ago I barely remember now but I don’t remember being terribly inconvenienced. I believe I followed directions almost perfectly, the plane ride home being the exception . I sat using a foam block (booty pillows ?) or a lot if pillows under my thighs while in the car or a regular chair. I modified a zero gravity chair to have my rear hang out. So for 2 months my backside didn’t touch a hard surface except the loo. I slept on my stomach or sides. Are you considering a BBL?
  7. Can you post more pics? This doesn’t look severe but it could be the angle. IMHO this would be a lot of recovery and money for so little change. But I could absolutely be wrong. Either way congratulations and good luck! BTW I didn’t get a Brachio I got a TT with lipo & muscle repair at the same time as a breast lift, then went back for a lower back lift and BBL. Recovery was as described by reviews across the internet and completely doable. It was exactly what I needed. I could always use a Brachio (my arms are way worse than yours) but I don’t think I will get it done, I feel really satisfied by the other changes.
  8. I love when you can order from the kids menu!

Congratulations! Looked like a lot of fun ❤️
  10. I love fear mongers… not. If you run a search for mortality rates after bariatric surgery you’ll find a lot of info including: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC9881843/
  11. Kid sized burger. I took the pic half way through but finished the entire thing.
  12. Chicken and Broccoli. The chicken is store but sautéed in butter at home, the broccoli was made in the airfryer.
  13. Izu Matcha latte with abstract foam art ?
  14. Looks really tasty! I have never made corned beef, is it terribly hard?
  15. This may not be the best place for soliciting donations... Depending where you are located there are a few charities that can help: https://www.linkedin.com/redir/redirect?url=http%3A%2F%2Fdressforsuccess.org%2F&urlhash=NfIX&trk=about_website https://womengivingback.org/need-help/ There is also Facebook marketplace for free items and maybe even swaps. If none of those work out for you, you could learn to resize your own clothing for the cost of needle, thread and patience. Good Luck
  16. Rotisserie chicken, couscous and beets. This meal… again ? but I love it because it’s so easy.
  17. For 4 med bagels: 2/3 cups flour 1/3 cup plain greek yogurt ~1 teaspoon baking powder big pinch of salt Prep: Preheat oven 350 Mix dry ingredients, fold in wet ingredients. Knead until smooth, add a dash of water if too dry. Hand roll into balls, poke middle hole for bagel look. Dip into EBTB seasoning, optional: egg wash if you’re filthy rich ? Bake: ~25-30mins at 350 (adjust for elevation). Cool completely before slicing ❤️
  18. Everything protein bagels! Made with Greek yogurt. ~5 g protein and 76 cals each.
  19. Hey there! Looking forward to your future posts, Good Luck
