Normal burger size, It's an Akmak cracker from Trader Joe's (serving size is 5 crackers 110 cals 19g carb 5g protein- I only ever eat 2 so 44 cals 7.6 carbs 2g protein)

Idk what the weight of the burger was because if you haven't noticed I currently don't follow rules about expected serving size, logging etc. ( I'm much happier that way ❤) I only do what's right for me.No normal size(Turkey) Cheese Burger

But so you do have a quick answer - it's usually eating outside of set meal times and often when not even hungry. Sometimes when transitioning into maintenance some people may have to graze in order to add extra cals to stop weight loss.?CONGRATULATIONS?
